オーシャンサイドの5ベッドルーム、2バスルームのイーストハムホームは、国立海岸のソルトポンドビジターセンターの近くの静かな森のような袋小路にあります。 家は9人が眠るし、誰もが快適に対応します。 1階には、堅木張りの床のあるクイーンベッドルーム、リビングルーム、広いオープンキッチンとダイニングルーム、洗濯機と乾燥機のあるバスルームがあります。 2階には、ツインベッド2台を備えた広い部屋、ツインベッド1台を備えた小さい部屋、それぞれにフルベッドを備えた2つのベッドルーム、広々としたバスルームがあります。 家には、所有者の母親や他の人によるオリジナルのアートワークが飾られています。 ピクニックテーブルとラウンジチェアを備えた大きなラップアラウンドデッキがあり、1/2エーカーの樹木が茂った敷地、ガスグリル、屋外シャワー、駐車場のある円形ドライブを楽しめます。 子どもたち（そして大人も！） プレイする。

国立海岸から徒歩ですぐ、コーストガードビーチまたはノーセットライトビーチまで車で数分です。 オーシャンビーチへは、自転車、徒歩30分、またはシャトルで短時間でアクセスできます。 ドーンロックシャトルバスは、森の中の小道を10分間安全に歩いてアクセスできます。 Wellfleet、Provincetown、Orleans、Cape Cod Bike Trail、Easthamのベイビーチと淡水池に便利です。

家は、複数の家族や複数の世代に最適です。 折り畳み式のポータブルマットレスが付属しているので、寝心地がさらに柔軟になります。 ビーチで一日を楽しんだ後、屋外シャワーに戻り、デッキでリラックスしてから、近くのドライブイン映画館、ミニゴルフ、または美味しいシーフードディナーに行きます。

This property was in a perfect location, easy to get to everything and the house itself was very spacious and had everything we needed to have a great girls weekend! Shari & Jose were great hosts. The beds were comfy too!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, which was perfect for our family. Lovely outside deck and open floor plan. Easy drives the beaches. We appreciated all the considerate touches, like the supplies of paper products. We have stayed at several places on the Cape, and this was our favorite.

Great place to stay close to ocean and bay beaches.

This property had everything we needed for a nice week at the Cape with family. The owners were responsive and attentive to our needs. Comfortable and clean spaces to sleep and relax. Definitely recommend this property to future renters!

This property comfortably accommodated 3 couples, a grandparent, a toddler and a baby. The furniture was comfortable and there's a nice outdoor deck. The location is a short drive to the Eastham bay beaches and Great Pond on the other side of Rt. 6. The host was responsive and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!

Another lovely week at this comfortable house

This is the 3rd year my family (grandparents, son, daughter, 2 grandchildren) have stayed here and we have always enjoyed it. Easy access to good beaches and other activities, not far from big supermarket, well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, responsive hosts.

Great family house

This was our second year of staying at this house. It is perfect for our multi-generational group, with 5 bedrooms, mini-split AC, large deck and roomy outdoor front yard space in a quiet neighborhood. There are beach chairs, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy furniture and beds. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with 4 bedrooms, and one downstairs with 1 bedroom. Washer and dry in downstairs bathroom. Jose and Sharli are responsive hosts. We hope to return next year!

Great home base for family trip to Cape Cod

We loved that our whole family was able to stay together in one house with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Home was as described/pictured and location was nice for us! It was also a nice bonus to have mini split AC units in each room for individualized comfort. Overall, a great stay!

Family wedding

My cousin got married at Chatham Bars Inn, and because of the holiday weekend, only my parents, my brother and I were able to attend. It’s the perfect house for a family! Can’t wait to come back with my husband and kids for a Cape vacation

Home away from home

House was a great option for 2 families going back and forth during a soccer tournament. We could cook healthy meals, had a place to all spread out and plenty of room for all. Close to the beach where we could enjoy some off time from sports and relax. No complaints!

Family Weekend Getaway

We planned this trip to get our 86 year old mother/grandmother away for the weekend. Even though it rained Friday night and Saturday we made the most of our trip. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!😊

Genuinely felt like we were staying at a friend's home

Some properties feel like they're owned by a real estate company and they're just rental units. Not so for this Eastham home. Everything we needed was available, the home's amenities, decorations, and all truly gave the feel of a close friend's home. We all very much appreciated the attention to detail and homey feel.

Loved the location!

We had a fabulous week enjoying some of our favorite places near this house in Eastham. The house was just as represented and worked well for our group of 5 adults. Plenty of room to hang out together, cooking, eating and playing games after our days out at the various beaches and ponds enjoying this beautiful area!

Great place for family

Our family of 5 adults and two children had a great time at "No Complaints"! We stayed there last year and came back because it was comfortable, well-stocked with anything we needed, a great location, and helpful, responsive hosts. We hope to come back again!

Eastham Rental

Great location to stay. Near 3 different National seashore beaches. 30 minutes to Provincetown/Race point beach. House was clean, with lots of space. Nice deck on back as well as outdoor shower to get the sand off. The neighbors were quiet. Owners checked in with us to make sure everything was functioning. This rental requires supplying bed sheets and pillowcases which wasn't advertised. However, the owners reported this straight away and all was good. We would rent this house again.

Perfect Location

We had 8 adult family members and the house was midway between Marconi beach and Orleans Stop&Shop. The house was clean and we loved the split AC. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, spices. We added the card table to the outside picnic table to seat 8. We ate dinner on the deck. Outdoor shower was the nicest we’ve seen.

Love at first sight!!

We all fell in love with this home immediately! It is clean and spacious and comfortable! The house is stocked with extra gas for the barbecue, detergent, nice beach chairs and plenty of parking! It is in a quiet woodsy setting with lots of birds! The deck is large with plenty of room for all 9 of us! Highly recommend!

Great family home!

This is a wonderful home for families, plenty of sleeping options, comfy beds and furniture, a large deck and area for indoor or outdoor family meals. The kitchen is well-equipped. We appreciated the downstairs master bedroom with large bathroom and washer/dryer. The beach is a short drive away, tho apparently there is a walk to the beach shuttle. (Not a great option with little ones, IMO). The art on the walls and comfy living room with throw blankets was a nice touch! The mini-splits for AC was also great for our family, some like to sleep cooler than others. We hope to stay here again next year.

Sharli and Jose dreamed of a home on the Outer Cape for years. Sharli spent her childhood in Wellfleet and Provincetown swimming in kettle ponds, exploring the dunes in Provincetown, and beachcombing on the bay. After falling in love with Sharli, Jose was lured by the rugged beauty of the Cape. In 2013, Sharli's long time dream was realized when they bought this family home. They enjoy visiting throughout the year with their two boys, extended family and friends.

The house is set back from the street and surrounded by peaceful trees. We love being so close to the National Seashore and the Salt Pond Visitor Center. On quiet evenings the sound of crashing waves can be heard from the back deck. Provincetown is a short 20 min drive. Wellfleet and Orleans with their quaint stores and galleries are even closer. And don't forget the nearby Drive-In movie theater for old fashioned fun.
