Positioned on a gentle slope approximately 2.5 km from the town centre and 2.5 km from the sea, this expansive residence enjoys a peaceful elevated setting while remaining conveniently close to the coast and local amenities. The shared grounds extend across 700 m2 of beautifully maintained land adorned with lush plants, creating a serene and verdant environment for all guests. A generously sized swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 m is available for the enjoyment of all residents during its seasonal operation from 1 June to 15 October, providing a refreshing centrepiece to the outdoor living space. Wireless Internet WiFi access is available at the property, ensuring that guests can remain connected throughout their stay. Please note that access to the house involves a stepped path of 15 steps, which guests should bear in mind when planning their visit.
