Lovely beach 2 bedroom apartment in Marbella Banana Beach Playa El Cable , with sea views from the terrace (12sqm), is the perfect location for a family holiday as it is placed in a quiet urbanization with shared garden and free form pool.

Inside
The apartment features a very spacious living room basically furnished with comfortable sofa and armchairs, a large coffee table and also a dining area that can accommodate five people. A huge sliding glass door opens to a beautiful terrace where you have a four-seat terrace dining table.

The kitchen provides you all modern convenience, oven, microwave, coffee marker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, vitro ceramic, toaster, washing machine, water kettle. The lovely master bedroom is furnished with comfortable bed (150x190cm), has large wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom . Next to the living room you have a guest bathroom. You also have air conditioning and central heating in every room. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds (2x90x190), nightstands with lamps with shades and wardrobes.

Outside
From the living room you have access to a lovable terrace. Its 12sqm offer you enough room to enjoy your meals outdoors on the four-seat terrace table or may be the perfect playground for your kids and even your pet.The pool is usually open from June 1 to September 30.

Neighborhood
Banana Beach is a gated development located at just on the beach . Inside the neighborhood you'll find a Mediterranean flowers surrounding the pools placed in the side of the development. There are 2 pools, one for adults, one children safe so you'll fully enjoy your vacation. The neighborhood has 24h video surveillance and all entrances have security door with videointerphone.

Beach
Playa del Cable is at 50m from the apartment. It's a small and clean beach, mostly frequented by families. It is covered in fine sand, the water is clear and during summer the entire beach is daily cleaned both manually and mechanically. Right on the beach, in front of the neighborhood, you have La Dolce Vita restaurant from where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. In the area you'll find famous Opium Beach Club where they have world class DJs and live musicians, the hottest parties and top-class entertainment.

Shopping and Restaurants
The nearest shop is at 150m, Carrefour Express, from the apartment.In 800 meters (15-minute walk) you have Mercadona supermarket, grocery shops, pharmacy, hairdressers, bars and restaurants. One of the biggest shopping mall in Costa del Sol is located at a 5 min (4km) drive from Banana Beach. Here you'll find everything you need, from food to clothing or electro-domestic stores. Marbella city center is at just a 15 min walking and the old town is stuffed with cozy shops and cafeterias where i'm sure you'll have a good time.

Activities
There are lots of things for you to do and not having to go too far from Banana Beach. Within a 10 minutes drive (12km) you reach the hidden pearl of Costa del Sol, Puerto Cabopino. It's a small but enchanting harbor with pretty port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and a large choice of restaurants. For kids and families there is Aventura Amazonia (in 9km), a tree top park with a total of 83 challenges in the trees and 20 ziplines distributed over 6 adventure circuits.Golf lovers have Santa Clara Golf Club, one of the best looked after golf courses on the Costa del Sol, at just 1.4km. Of course, Marbella city center and old town are a must see and you reach Marbella center in just 15 min (16km). Puerto Banus is the main attraction on Costa del Sol, known as the pole of luxury and parties. In 20 minutes drive you'll reach one of the most famous harbors on Costa del Sol. It has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest people. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce Gabbana, and others.
