Dear Martin we're so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for pointing out the location, it is indeed a very tranquil community outside of center city Marbella, but with many restaurants, bars, concerts and supermarkets accessible on foot. We are 200 meters from Nikki Beach and other marvelous beach clubs, without any of the noise at night. Hope you'll come back soon!

Just returned from a week in this wonderful apartment. The owners are brilliant at providing information about everything, it made the whole process unbelievably easy. The apartment itself is immaculate, has everything that you could possibly need and is situated 5 minutes walk from the beach and many nearby restaurants aswell as a huge supermarket and bars. We enjoyed it so much and are looking forward to booking again when we can.

Out of this World

Just returned home after staying in this luxury property for the last week. Where do I start, from entering the apartment all you get is quality throughout, the location, the sea view, the cleanliness, every appliance imaginable, the security outside 24/7. The communication with the owners from when we first booked. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to stay at a luxury property in the Marbella area to book this place. Many thanks once again Gerard

Fantastic Stay

My wife and I spent twelve days at this wonderful property in March of 2023. It is a well designed and decorated studio, with a huge patio. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the sound of the ocean soothes the soul. We had a great time exploring the area, the many spectacular beaches as well as the numerous restaurants and beach bars. We have used various home rental sites before, and have never met our host at any of them. Susan met with us online prior to our visit, and met us at the apartment in person to help get us settled. Her guidebook was also very informative and helpful. To say that she is a superhost is fitting, she goes the extra mile and makes your stay even more enjoyable. Would love to come back again. Thanks Susan! Phil and Irene

Luxury in Paradise!

This has been an absolute paradise vacation for us!! A long awaited escape from the cold and snow back home! Don’t be afraid of “low season”….it is gorgeous here anytime of year! And this place is SO lovely!! It has been newly renovated with every detail planned out thoughtfully for you to be so comfortable and relaxed! The luxurious towels and linens, the amazing pillows and comfortable mattress, the kitchen with everything you need to cook amazing meals….it’s all there for you to enjoy! The BEST feature is the view…from your bed, the couch or the balcony…and because it is a corner unit the view includes sunrise AND sunset!!! You have full sun all day on the terrace and it is quite private and protected so even if the temperature is cooler, you can still sit outside and enjoy the beautiful sun! It is so quiet and peaceful…the only sound you hear is the roaring ocean, with the waves crashing on the beach! Absolutely no traffic noise! We can’t say enough great things about this place! The view is mind blowing! And the sunsets are the best I’ve ever seen! Susan is an absolute gem to deal with and she has incredible information about the apartment, the resort, and the area in her online guidebook so you won’t need to ask for anything…she has thought of every detail! Can’t recommend this place enough!! It is definitely 5 star!!

Perfect and more

We had had high expectations of the apartment before coming having seen all the beautiful pictures. The place is all we have expected and more. The view is absolutely stunning, so is the interior and attention to detail of the hosts. Everything: the location of the property (directly at the beach), equipment, contact with hosts, hospitality deserve 5 stars. You don’t have to leave the apartment for days and you will still have amazing holidays. We will definitely be back and have already recommended the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Susan for the hospitality and taking care of our stay!

This apartment is fabulous. It’s beautifully decorated and has balcony overlooking the sea. The furnishings were all new and of very high quality, the hosts thought of everything including all mod cons like coffee making machine, and wifi charger. The ideal getaway!! 5* experience

Why stay in a 5* hotel when you can stay in this gorgeous sea view apartment; - steps from the beach (direct access) - multiple pools in the complex - access to a great gym (extra charge) - Wake up to watch the sunrise over the sea - Sip some Spanish Rioja on the terrance overlooking the water and fall asleep to the sound of the waves - Walking distance to the best beach clubs (Nikki Beach) The apartment has everything you need for a great trip to Marbella. The host was incredibly hospitable and catered to our every need. CANNOT WAIT to return back!

Marbella has a friendly small-town feel with big-city bling. Discover traditional, Spanish culture and experience the resort luxury lifestyle, all in one trip.

After you reserve, I'll send you our virtual guidebook to dream before you arrive. CHECK out our reviews - so many guests mention our guidebook and the fact it enhanced their experience.

Once here, I'd love to share my secrets: where to eat the best gambas pil pil, where to enjoy the best live music on the beach, my guidebook is filled with recommendations I've tested for you! If you like going off-the-beaten track you'll appreciate our insider tips.

Drive to white villages, hike in mountains, swim in rivers and waterfalls, spend a morning on a yacht surrounded by dolphins, so much to do!

Climate! Location! We've travelled the world over and this is the destination we've found to spend the rest of our perfect vacations.

Other beach resort towns close down part of the year. Marbella is buzzing year round! Restaurants, beaches, shops, clubs, open 12 months of the year. A vibrant expat community ensures activities and services are available all year, live outdoors and enjoy spring-time weather all winter long. Quiet season is first 15 days of December, and Jan 8 to mid March. Those months are golfing and tennis season, but you will enjoy outdoor dining, beaches, walking, and sun all year round.

See the sunrise from your bed, enjoy the sea views and sun from your private terrace all day. Enjoy tennis, golf, hiking, exploring, so many things to discover! Walk to shops and restaurants, stroll on the beach at sunset to a concert and dinner. Or seek out the best Michelin star kitchen, teppanyaki restaurant, or traditional Spanish Flamenco show!
