This unit is the corner suite, not overlooked by any direct neighbours, giving it a private feeling. The 12m2 terrace has panoramic views, table, chair and chillout sunbed. Sun all day, and Marbella skyline views at night.

THE BEACH AND GARDENS
You have a choice of 4 swimming pools - two by the beach, and two up in the sheltered garden out of the wind. Pools open from April to November, see details in listing photos.
You will have full access to the studio.
You will have access to a sun terrace separated from the neighbors by a sliding door or a screen.
You can use the 3 community pools and gardens.
We have a gated parking lot you can use for free. No dedicated space.

Other beach resort towns close down part of the year. Marbella is buzzing year round! Restaurants, beaches, shops, clubs, open 12 months of the year. A vibrant expat community ensures activities and services are available all year, live outdoors and enjoy spring-time weather all winter long. Quiet season is first 15 days of December, and Jan 8 to mid March. Those months are golfing and tennis season, but you will enjoy outdoor dining, beaches, walking, and sun all year round.
