Bookings are Friday to Friday in school holidays,thank you.Beautiful outlook over woolacombe/Mortehoe bay and surounding country side,modern,stylish open plan upstairs lounge kitchen diner with all mod cons, 2 down stairs bedrooms + pop up bed up stairs. pubs and takeaways up at Mortehoe village 10 minutes walking,5mins walk down to surf beach Combesgate,no pets ,thankyou.sleeps 4 guests,2 adults and 2 children.
including a Hot Tub.😉3 nights minimuma stay, thank you please only book Friday to Friday in school holidays thank you.if two children want to sleep separately they can sleep on a childs bed upstairs.no pets!! 2 double bedrooms down stairs.

This property is amazing, we had a fantastic 2 week stay.It is very well equipped and comfortable, the hot tub is an amazing addition and the location is great - such stunning views.John is a great host and on hand if needed.We would highly recommend Quarryside Annexe to anyone

Fantastic place to stay, with the best beach for exploring with amazing rock pools just 5 min walk down the hill.Clean, has everything you need for comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. John was an excellent host, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit.The annex was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and situated in a fantastic location with stunning views. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The hot tub was a particular highlight, especially in the evenings where you can see the sea and a lovely colorful sky when the sun starts to set. The property is also ideally located within walking distance of both Mortehoe and Woolacombe, providing easy access to some fantastic coastal walks, including routes to Morte Point and Windy Cove. While the walk may be challenging for those with limited mobility, it was perfect for exploring the area on foot.Overall, this is an excellent place for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of North Devon. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful location- so peaceful and relaxing, especially with the hot tub! John is the perfect host- so thoughtful and welcoming, made us feel right at home! Photos don’t do justice to just how clean and high quality everything is. The views are amazing and the location is perfect- Woolacombe, Croyde, Mortehoe all in easy reach- Watersmeet, Ilfracombe and Appledore also not far. All the local beaches are beautifully clean and great for families, couples or for solitude and peace. We had the best week- thanks for everything, John!

From start to finish a great experience. Johnny was very helpful and welcoming throughout, and very responsive throughout our stay. The house itself is really well located, walkable to local beaches and villages, and a great base for exploring the local area. Everything was clean and as advertised. Thanks Johnny!

An absolute gem of a place to stay: close enough to the pubs and restaurants, the beautiful beaches and the coastal path walks but off the main road so it is set in peace and tranquility. Johnny the owner is great: enough communication so you know exactly what to expect but without imposing on your stay. The property is spotless, well equipped and very modern. It has fantastic coastal views and the huge front room window allows you to view the sea from the comfort of the sofa.

Great little stay.Perfect for exploring the area. Cosy and really clean.Has the most beautiful view from the large window .Hot tub make all the difference and a great treat after some long national trust hikes.So many coves to explore .Loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks x

An immaculate upside-down house giving amazing picture views from each window. A fabulous sea view from the lounges large sliding door with Juliet balcony, allowing us to listen to the waves. Also, views of the downs & valley from side and rear of the property. The Hot Tub was perfectly positioned at the rear to enjoy the scenery.We saw lots of wildlife in the large back garden area including morning visits from a woodpecker and a red deer running through.The property is situated in a peaceful location, just a short walk to the beaches and the villages of Woolacombe and Mortehoe.It was great to meet the host Johnny who was lovely and friendly, he gave us lots of advice on the area and good walking ideas of the coastal routes and across the downs. Thank you Johnny for letting us stay at your lovely property, we didn't want to leave after a fantastic week and we hope to be back in the near future.

Tranquility at its best

Johnny was a superb host nothing to much trouble very informative , and the property’s location is absolutely amazing backs on to national trust woodland with picturesque sea views….. can’t wait to revisit

Perfect Holiday Hideaway!

Absolutely gorgeous holiday property in a fantastic location! The house was modern & immaculate with everything we needed & more! Johnny the host was lovely & made us feel really welcome. The hot tub was a superb added bonus - especially after a great day on the beach. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place with stunning views

What a beautiful place: stunning views, family friendly walks, short walk to Woolacombe along the the coastal footpath (no roads) and the other stunning little beaches on the way ( especially loved the ari lankan restaurant at baricane beach. Host was lovely and the property has a new hot tub - heaven!

Fantastic views

We loved the location of this property, being able to see the sea from the main window and the back drop of such beautiful green hills. Nearby village of Mortehoe has all sorts of options for eating out or takeaway and it was only a short walk to Barricane Beach where there is a great Sri Lankan curry cafe. We also loved having a hot tub!

Fantastic, well equipped property with amazing views across the coastline. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Combesgate Beach and Woolacombe along the coastal path (avoids the very expensive parking). Mortehoe is also just a short walk either up the road or via the footpath over the hill behind the property. The hot tub was a real bonus to relax in after a day on the beach, or out walking.

The property was immaculate and was very clean. The views from the lounge were amazing looking out to sea and being amongst the hills it was very quiet. The hot tub was lovely especially after long walks, the little seating area to the rear of the property was also nice to sit at when the sun was shining. The host Jonny was really friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable of the local areas. All three nearby beaches were great and highly recommend the Sri Lankan curry from Barricane Beach Cafe.

Lovely

This property is idyllic, bright, clean and very well equipped. The location is stunning tucked away yet only a few minute walk to lovely pubs, shops and of course the stunning coast line. Thanks to the host for his friendly welcome and for providing such a great place to stay

Wonderful family holiday at a great property.

The property was in a perfect location. Clean, tidy, nice and quiet. The house had everything we required for a comfortable stay. Johnny, the owner is fantastic. Really lovely and there to help if ever you need anything. If we go back to the area it would certainly be a property we’d look to book again.

Wonderful property with fabulous views overlooking the sea and coastal walks. Many thanks Johnny we really enjoyed meeting you and we’re amazed you had built it yourself. Really enjoyed the hot tub in all types of weather. Kitchen well equipped and the shower larger than the photos suggest. Enjoyed walk down to beach and cafe for Sri Lanka takeaway curry. Also Mortehoe Fish and Chip shop a must.

Amazing family break away

Such a beautiful property in an outstanding location. We felt at home and even ended up extending our stay for an extra two nights. John was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice for the surrounding area. We highly recommend this property to others and we would defiantly come back. The beds are very comfy, the view is amazing and to top it off the hot tub is super relaxing. Thank you John!
