This spacious three bedroom apartment boasts a bright airy feel with sensational views over the ocean in North Devon.
Watch the sunsets from your very own balcony with a chilled glass of wine or from the open plan living area which opens onto the balcony.
The apartment is modern and well equipped so you can make yourself at home and fully submerse yourself in the relaxing vibe of North Devon.
Montagu steps is right at the top of an eight bedroom B&B property. You have your own entrance which is lockable and you're tucked away in the building, being rewarded with breath-taking views from the top of the house all the way across the ocean to Lundy island on a clear day.
There are three bedrooms in the apartment, which are: one king bedroom with sea views, one double bedroom and one twin room.
Montagu steps has a large and bright bathroom which features a stand up shower and a bath depending on your mood.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Make yourself at home in the lounge with board games, WiFi and TV.
The apartment is self catering and allows well behaved pets.
There is one allocated free parking space off road which comes with the rental property.
Nearby Woolacombe beach is an award winning blue flag beach which is renowned for being a top holiday destination which is safe to swim at and very popular with surfers.
The property is also adjacent to nearby Morte Point which is part of the south west coast path and very popular with walkers. Don't be surprised to see seals basking on the rocks off the point on a sunny day!
There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are within walking distance of the property so allow yourself lots of time to relax and enjoy the local area. The building itself is located on a quiet hill and set back from the main village, so you can ensure your stay will be tranquil and relaxing. There is a free parking space available for one vehicle meaning you can leave the car and enjoy the area on foot if you prefer.
