Room was perfect location, just needed updating. Dishwasher leaked into the kitchen floor was the worst part, some of the electrical plugs didn't work, and the coach - pullout mattress was worn out. A few updates would have made a huge difference, but I would book it again all over just for the location itself.

Condo was dirty. Dog hair everywhere. Floor were dirty had to mop them twice. We have stayed at maravilla several time and this was the worse condo I have stated in. Gad to cover fur so we could set on it

Great location with an amazing view. Everything is close by—Whiting is just a short drive or within walking distance. The apartment amenities are very nice, and the apartment itself is comfortable, but it feels outdated. The patio lights didn’t work, the blinds were damaged, and the apartment wasn’t very clean upon arrival.

It really is steps to beach!

Though it’s not a beach view unit, it really is steps to the beach. The property and unit locations are great! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the quick and professional management response when we had an issue with the fridge.

Our stay

We love Maravilla and the location to beach. This was our 22nd year! Unfortunately, this condo, although very convenient, was dirty (esp floor), and everything was very outdated. Fortunately the weather was great so we didn't need to spend too much time in the condo!

Great location, great condo.

We were a little skeptical because we always like to have a balcony view of the gulf when we vacation to this area. We enjoy coffee watching dolphins. But we may have enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor as much. This condo was 2 bedrooms but it seemed larger, it fit our family of 5 very well. Everything worked as it should and the condo was well stocked with all of the necessities of home. Would stay here again.

Great location

Love the resort grounds other than they dont inforce dog owners to pick up after dogs.Our unit needed a good deep clean!! No ice maker in fridge and ice 6$ a bag was not helpful. Beaches and acsess was great! I would go back maybe not same unit .

Boo ti full week

Our stay was very good. As always Maravilla is convenient to everything! However the unit could use some TLC. Fix a torn screen in the livingroom door, replace worn quilts and provide some skillets. Plenty of pots and pans, but the skillets need to be tossed. All in all not a bad unit, just a little tired and needing a facelift.

Family Trip

Very clean. Plenty of towels which is always a plus. Location was nice. Loved the private beach access and the pools. Guest bed could have been nicer but wasn’t bad for a short stay. Would have liked to know we couldn’t bring tents/canopy to the beach. Parking was great and nice to have ice to purchase. Would have been nice for all the check out information be the same. For example: everything I got said put air on 74° but when I went to checkout online it said 78°. We had to go back and change it. But overall it was nice, the weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Thank you!
