Family trip to the beach

We had a great week spent in Pine Point, one of our favorite spots. The house was great and such a short walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery, good eats, and plenty to do.

Another great stay!

This is our second year renting out this property for the week and I have no complaints. Place is clean, spacious and a short-walk to the beach. Definitely want to rent again next Summer!

Great Spot

My family had a great time. The property was clean, location was ideal and Chris was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable week

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house is the perfect size for our family. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the house is clean, tidy and has a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to prepare many of our own meals. It is in a great location, making it an easy walk to the beach and to a few local restaurants. It’s also in a very nice quiet neighborhood, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Chis is a wonderful host and easy to contact. Our family hopes to stay again next year.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay at Chris’ home. The house is lovely and had plenty of room for our family. The home is spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed. The kitchen offered up plenty of dishes and utensils to make cooking meals easy. We enjoyed eating out on the patio and playing games in the roomy yard. It is such a quick walk to the ocean and made quite easy as Chris has a good size wagon that we used to carry our chairs, umbrellas and beach items down to the beach everyday. We had the most wonderful week there and my kids asked as we packed up to go home, if we can stay in the house again next year. Thanks Chris for opening up your home to our family and allowing us to have a wonderful week in Maine!

Lovely Beach Home

We had another excellent stay! This is our second year and are planning on staying again next year! The house is in a great location, close to the beach, clean and cozy! Kitchen is well suited for cooking! We enjoyed our time on the back deck after a day on the beach!

Great getaway in Pine Point

I couldn't have asked for a better week in Pine Point! The property was immaculate and comfortable. It's also in very close proximity to the beach. Nice deck and spacious backyard that was perfect for having a small cookout with the family. I look forward to renting this house again in the future. No complaints!

all was great would like to do it agan last of june 1st week july my mother is 98 had cottage on 2nd ave pine point sold last year family dramer thanks for all it was nice hope we left it in good shape

Clean with Short Walk to Beach

We had an outstanding week at this property! It started when we walked into a very clean and comfortable home. Having the added beach chairs and boogie boards was a bonus. We were comfortable and very happy staying here for a whole week. We will certainly return in the future. Can’t wait for next year. This is an outstanding home to stay in for your week at the beach.

Great spot - very clean and cute

Great location - minutes to beach - property was immaculate! The bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are steep so just some caution to those who have any walking issues.

What a great week to unwind!! We enjoyed the house, especially the deck for eating and relaxing! We would rent this property again as the description was spot on and the owner was very accommodating!!

We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Point! We loved the house and it fit our family of 5 perfectly. The house is quaint and beautifully updated and maintained. It had everything we needed. It’s in a beautiful area. We had a nice dinner at “The Garage”. It was a short walk to the beach but there was unfortunately a lot of seaweed on that area of the beach and in the water while we were there so we ended up having to walk a lot further. We would still stay again hoping that’s not a common problem.

Awesome!

Great house! Super clean! Stocked with all necessities. Beach ready, right down to the sand toys! Chris is very nice! My kiddos affectionately refer to it as their “Maine house”. Our family had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks Chris for making our trip truly feel like we were at home!!!

Great Location!

Happy to have found this property relatively last minute. It is really close to Pine Point Beach, probably a two minute walk or less. It is even closer to a great little market that the kids hit up for candy on the daily. The house has a nice big backyard, a great deck and a nicely stocked kitchen including dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels. There are plenty of sand toys and chairs, an umbrella and even a really nice collapsable wagon to carry all the gear down to the water. Both bedrooms and the living room have window AC units. We only used the upstairs units at night, but we were very glad they were there. The owner was super responsive, returning texts very promptly. The layout created a few minor snags for us, but only because of the age of our three kids. There are two nice big bedrooms upstairs and a trundle bed on the landing. Our older girls took one bedroom which left the 3 year old on the trundle. Tough to sneak by a sleeping kid on wood floors, but we couldn't talk anyone into sleeping downstairs so we made it work. The only heads up I'd give is that bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are not included. I assumed linens included towels, my mistake, so we had to purchase them when when arrived and unfortunately had to throw them out when we left because they wouldn't fit in the suitcase for the flight home. We would stay again.

Great week!

We had a great week in Pine Point. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was clean upon our arrival and the linens were clean and comfortable as well. Chris responded immediately and checked in to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again!! Ken
