Take it easy at this private, unique, and tranquil coastal getaway. This spacious and light‑filled one‑bedroom cottage features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable living area with dining table and chairs, and a convenient kitchenette.
Just steps from Pine Point Beach and only two miles from Old Orchard Beach’s famous pier, the location offers the perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to local attractions. TV and free Wi‑Fi are included.
Enjoy the ocean breeze and marsh views from the screened porch and outdoor deck—ideal for relaxing and taking in the spectacular sunset views. The screened porch includes a bench and small table, while the deck is furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and a small grill for casual outdoor cooking.
For your convenience, there are bicycles and beach chairs available at the property. Several renowned local seafood restaurants are within walking distance.

Cozy cottage

The cottage is great! It's so close to the beach and very cozy. The mattress sinks a little in the middle so we slept on the futon, which was very comfortable.

Sweet Little Cottage Close to beach

We loved this little place! One block walk to beach, kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to make a meal, and the deck was lovely for rests outside and eating outdoors. Owner was communicative and helpful with adding a night onto our stay.

perfect beachside cottage

everything about our stay was perfect. the location, neighborhood, proximity to beach, and food walking distance from the cottage was all amazing. my wife booked this spot on a whim and it really exceeded our expectations from the moment we got there. would definitely book again!

The Sea Biscuit cottage is a very comfortable and cozy stay. It’s a quick walk to the beach. It’s nestled away perfectly, so you can’t hear any traffic noise from nearby roads. Everything was clean and anything we needed was available to us. Our host Audrey was so accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Great plave, great location!

We had a great stay at Sea Bisquit! The cottage is comfortable and cozy and equipped with everything we needed (including beach towels and chairs). The location is amazing- a quock walk to a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants. Audrey was very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. We will definitely be back!
