Vacation home Vinkeveense Plassen

Home with room for 4-6 people, located on the Vinkeveense Plassen, near Amsterdam.
The house contains 2 bedrooms, with in bedroom 1 a comfortable Queen size bed. The other bedroom has two comfortable separate beds, and a luxurious couch, which can be turned into a two-person bed. Not suitable for children under 6, because of the open water. The rooms have closets, where you can store your luggage and there is a bathroom with shower.
The house has two separate toilets, one upstairs in the bathroom, and one downstairs.
Included in the house is a locker, where if needed, valuable belongings could be stored safely.

The living room is a nice, industrial designed room, connected to the kitchen and dining table. This way, you have a so called ‘gezellige’ environment and place where you can come to rest. In the living room you will find a smart tv, which you can use and log into your Netflix or Prime account and enjoy your favorite shows. The house includes a portable Sonos speaker, which you can easily connect to via Bluetooth and/or the Sonos app and enjoy some music.
The house has its own free Wifi network as well.
In front of the house is a driveway where you can park two cars, and if needed, there are some other free parking spots in the street as well.
Note: it is not allowed to have a party in the house.

The house contains: Wifi, Smart Tv, Kitchen with gas cooking, microwave and oven, and other basic facilities.

Optional: if you like to, you could rent a sup board and/or a small boat. For the boat you do not have to own a boat license.

From the house you are within 15 minutes in Amsterdam by car. By train this will take approximately 20 minutes. The nearest train station is located in Abcoude and the train goes straight to Amsterdam.
From the house itself, you can enjoy the fresh water of the Vinkeveense Plassen. On a walking distance next to the vacationpark you can go to a small beach, called Eiland 1 or Eiland 2 (Island 1/2) and enjoy a drink or some food from Beach club Lust, which is located on Eiland 1. There are lots of other things to do around Vinkeveen and Abcoude, come around some time and you will find out!

Great stay, the house is amazing !

The house is perfect, very well equipped! Everything is there to spend a great time: bbq, Jacuzzi, beautiful terrace next to the water 😍 Richard is very nice and the communication was very easy with him! He was very flexible on our arrival and departure, which is a plus! I totally recommend.

Perfect quiet stay outside of Amsterdam

The pictures listed for this stay don’t do it justice - the back patio is beautiful and the interior is very well equipped and decorated. Richard was an incredibly kind an attentive host. My friends and I loved hanging out on the front and back patios in the mornings, taking trips to Amsterdam during the day, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Overall amazing stay! Thank you, Richard!!

Nice accommodation

Our stay was very nice, the house is as described and looks better in real life than in the pictures. Our host was very friendly and helpful, he even picked us up from the train station because we had a lot of luggage with us. The boat and subs were great as we had beautiful weather. The location is very quiet and relaxed. I would recommend to everyone.

Simply Perfect!

We stayed at this lovely property with two boys (10, 11) and found everything prepared to perfection. Communication was seamless and it was clear from the very beginning that the owners really care for the house, equipment and their guests. We enjoyed a great prolonged weekend and can only 100% recommend this house.

Alles als verwacht en zelfs nog een stapje hoger (dankzij de eigenaars). Voortreffelijke locatie, gemakkelijke check-in en meer dan behulpzame hosts. Als het je hier aan iets ontbreekt is het je eigen schuld.

Super huis met alle gemakken om je niet te vervelen

Gast vrouw en heer echt zulke leuke oprechte mensen . Gewoon top we komen zeker vaker terug. Alles netjes,leuk met de boot , jacuzzi , airco boven , auto voor de deur sales super. Leuk huisje!

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am Wasser

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr grosszügig ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden und darf benützt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt auch sehr gut um die schöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Herzlichen Dank für zwei unvergesslich schöne Wochen!

Super Wochenende

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, insbesondere das Motorboot und die Küche waren top. Der Whirlpool ist allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen (einige Düsen haben nicht mehr funktioniert) und es war kein BigGreenEgg vor Ort wie in der Annonce versprochen, sondern ein “normaler” Webergrill. Nichtsdestotrotz ein toller Ort, wir werden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen.

Fijn om te horen dat jullie het zo goed hebben gehad en ons huisje mooi vonden. De jacuzzi is inderdaad kapot gegaan door verkeerd gebruik van vorige gasten en hadden wij ook aangegeven. Reparatie duurt helaas ook vrij lang zoals mee veel ik deze tijd. De kamado bbq was mijn fout. Die hadden wij tijdelijk ergens anders staan vanwege een feestje. Als we hadden geweten dat jullie die graag hadden willen gebruiken, had ik hem gebracht. Deze staat er een volgende keer zeker weer. Wij hopen jullie dan ook weer terug te zien en zullen zorgen dat jullie dan vol van alles kunnen genieten. Bedankt voor jullie boeking. Groetjes, Brenda en Richard.

Meilleure expérience Amsterdam

La maison était juste superbe ! Jacuzzi, les chambres, la propreté de la maison, tout était niquel ! En plus on était proche des transports en commun, seulement 20 min de métro pour arriver dans le centre d’Amsterdam ! Au plaisir de vous revoir Monsieur K ! Encore merci !

Heerlijk weekendje

Ondanks het matige weer hebben we erg genoten van ons weekendje weg met een groepje vriendinnen. De woning was echt van alle mogelijke gemakken voorzien (denk aan Wii, ijsmachine, goede koffie, etc). De ontvangst was hartelijk en de uitcheck ook, heel fijne mensen en top dat er ook communicatie via Whatsapp mogelijk was tijdens het verblijf. We hebben genoten van de jacuzzi en het wijntje dat voor ons klaar stond! We hebben goed geslapen in de comfortabele bedden en dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de handdoeken die voor ons klaar lagen, beddengoed, shampoo etc etc. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Simply Perfect!

You will not find a better place to stay in the Netherlands. We loved Richards place in Vinkeveen near Abcoude. You will need to rent a car to get about, but there is a train station in nearby Abcoude that will take you into Amsterdam to the North or Rotterdam and the Haage to the South in about 20-30 minutes. The drive to Abcoude station is about 10 minutes, which is recommended rather than driving in Amsterdam. Richard and his wife are very gracious hosts. The rental was very clean and it is well appointed. The beds were clean and comfortable. They also offered use of their small boat (no license required) and even came over to show us how to use it. Nearby Abcoude is a beautiful little town with a nice restaurant, deli, pastry shop, cheese shop and food carts. I could go on and on. But anyway, we loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

Ferienparadies vor den Toren Amsterdams

Wir verbrachten erholsame Tage im Seegebiet Vinkeveen. Das Haus liegt wunderschön direkt am Wasser mit eigenem Boot. Brenda und Richard sind fantastische Gastgeber, die viele Tipps für uns hatten, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert waren. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Urlaub mit Familie

Ich würde das Haus sofort weiterempfehlen, sehr schönes Haus und sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage ist auch gut, man kommt schnell überall hin. Die Kinder fanden besonders das Boot hinterm Haus toll, welches wir die ganze Woche (gegen Gebühr) nutzen konnten.

Mooi huisje op mooie locatie.

Vriendelijke eigenaar en mooi huisje. Er waren wat dingen kapot en hebben dit ook bij de eigenaar aangegeven. Met name het bootje was een teleurstelling voor ons gezin, deze konden we niet gebruiken. Als dit verbetert wordt is het een super locatie om vakantie te vieren.

Super mooi huis op een mooie locatie!

Wij hebben een weekje in dit super mooie huis gezeten en hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het was super dat je ook gebruik kon maken van het bootje. De verhuurders zijn super vriendelijk en waren beschikbaar voor eventuele vragen. Het is wel aan te raden om fietsen mee te nemen, want de supermarkt etc ligt te ver om te lopen. Maar alles is goed bereikbaar met de fiets (supermarkt ong 10 min). Wij waren met z’n vijven en dat is volgens ons wel het beste, zes wordt toch een beetje krap. We hebben een super leuke week gehad en het huis oversteeg al onze verwachtingen. We kunnen het aan iedereen aanraden!
