3-bedroom apartment with 3 complete bathrooms, located right in front of Quarteira Beach. This wonderful holiday rental is just a few steps from the golden sands of Quarteira Beach, offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and a privileged location for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports.



This apartment features comfortable furnishings, with space for up to 6 guests. The spacious living room offers floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private balcony with sea views. The balcony is furnished with outdoor dining areas, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or drink while appreciating the stunning views.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances to prepare meals at home. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 6 people, perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends.



Each of the 3 bedrooms is well-decorated and furnished. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, and there are two additional bathrooms with showers.



Other amenities include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



The rental of this property provides complete and private access to the apartment.



We provide bed linens, bath and face towels (1 per guest) - 7-day stays benefit from a mid-week cleaning that includes changing bed linens and bath and face towels (1 per guest) this cleaning must be scheduled in advance.

Any extra cleaning service for stays less than 7 days requires a request and is subject to availability and additional cost. Contact one of our staff to organize.

The ocean was visible from our room. The marina was fabulous, the food choices wonderful, though expensive. Definitely a tourist spot and so enjoyable. Parking is easy. Beach choices were nothing short of awesome. Host was excellent, readily available for anything. The experience was fantastic.
Kitchen is eady to use.

Beautiful

It was everything we had hoped for. It was our first trip to Portugal. The accommodations helped in making it a very memorable trip. The only problem we had is we had to leave. Hope to return soon.

Great location across from the beach. Ample street parking not always super close but if you made a few passes it often worked out. Grocery near by - 3 min walk; festive night life for which the noise stopped around MN - Comfy beds, supportive host, well appointed kitchen.

Had a great stay, very near to local restaurants and the cafe below the apartment was superb! Wide selection of pastries and coffee, very cheap!! Fantastic views from the balcony! Only one small negative, needs a bit more light in the first bathroom. And a big thanks to Mafalda who was very helpful 👍

We very much enjoyed the facility and location. The beaches were nice. It would have been nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. Also, more towels would be a bonus.

Nice placeo n the beach

The apartment was very good and as described. Close to the shopping, numerous restaurants, and right on the beach. Surprisingly quiet at night if windows were closed and A/C used.

Excelente ubicación

La ubicación es excelente. Adoramos pasar tiempo en el balcón porque la vista es hermosa. El mar es super tranquilo, ideal para niños. Hay muchas familias y es un ambiente ideal para los críos. El ambiente nocturno es muy lindo, lleno de vida. El ruido no nos incomodó. Cocina super bien equipada. Excelente limpieza. Llegar fue complicado porque el GPS no indicaba la ubicación exacta y la persona a cargo del check-in no hizo más por ayudarnos. Además, no nos indicó la dificultad que existe para estacionar. Tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos después de la hora del check-in porque el departamento no estaba listo. Pedimos con mucha anticipación que nos apoyen para reservar sombrillas en la playa y tampoco obtuvimos información completa ( todas estaban alquiladas desde el inicio de temporada y esto ya es sabido en la zona, saberlo nos habría ayudado pues hubiésemos llevado nuestras sombrillas desde casa) La puerta de ingreso está al costado de un basurero dónde los edificios y restaurantes alrededor colocan sus desechos, es en extremo desagradable, el olor es insoportable) Los baños emanaban olor a desagüe aunque estaba limpio.

L'appartement est bien situé, vraiment proche de tous les commerces - c'est top, de la plage et il est globalement conforme à la description de l'annonce. La propreté est bien. Il aurait besoin d'un léger rafraichissement et surtout d'un changement complet de la literie. Les matelas sont simplement de mauvaise qualité. C'est dommage !

Perfect location on sea front

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in July. We were a family of 4 adults and all our needs were met. I was worried about the three flights of stairs but in the end they weren’t a problem and I feel a little fitter for it. This is a mid range apartment, which is reflected in the price, but with a top of the range location.

Relaxing time together as a family

The views from the very clean apartment were wonderful! The location provided lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our three children each had their own beds as well as my husband and I having a master suit. And our kids had two bathrooms while we had one which was a huge bonus! The apartment also has two balconies both with views of the ocean. We loved having the third floor apartment for the views. Plus walking up the stairs after some delicious local treats helped burn some calories. The only improvement we would suggest would be a snug fitting slip cover for the couch. Other than that it was a fantastic stay! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great View Close to Restaurants

The property is located across the street from the beach. It has a view that can not be matched. This is the best part of the property. Pros: Beach View, Plenty of space with three beds and baths. Property Manager is responsive and issues addressed timely, lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and anything else you could need. Cons: Bathrooms shower pressure and hot water inconsistent. Dark due to lighting. Bedrooms: Beds extremely hard. This is our number one issue. We were there 14 days without real sleep and could not wait to check into a hotel for a good nights sleep. Living Room: The couch had a cover which covered up an extremely nicked up old couch. It was low to the ground and had way to many pillows on it. Patio: Great view but its smaller than in the pictures. Seats only 3 people comfortably. But otherwise fine. Stairs: I knew about this when I booked so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Even with these it wasn't bad. I would not discourage anyone from staying but just want you to be aware. If you like a firm bed the other stuff really wasn't a deal breaker. If you are a light sleeper there is a lot of street noise from the garbage trucks and the street until about 11pm. Mafalda was a great host with some more comfortable beds and a better couch in the living room I would have probably rated this place a 5.

Great Location!

It is a great beachfront unit with 3 bedrooms and 3 Toilet and Baths. It is also rare to find a rental that has an ample closet space and each area with airconditioning units. We see pictures posted when units were new so don't expect it to look unused and unlived in. For us, what was important was its layout, its cleanliness and to have the comfort of 3 Toilet and Baths. I also appreciated the racks in the bathroom for toiletries. Balcony is just the right size. There is also a side balcony. Since this is a corner unit, sitting from the dining table provides a wider view of the coastline compared to a unit that is sandwiched between other units or buildings. With this unit placement, it makes the view more spectacular. TV has english channels. Pods were provided for the use of the laundry machine and a drying rack. It was ok to use the stairs as an exercise and Mafalda helped us bring up our luggage. She also was willing and prompt to check us in earlier. She assisted us in tips/advice and taxi bookings. Thank you Mafalda! Location is central with bus station, restaurants and groceries nearby. Our favorite nearby restaurant is Girassol cafe/restaurant. Overall, since we didn't expect perfection, the experience was perfect.

Great location and view

This apartment is right on the water front - fantastic for beach access and with lots of restaurants/cafe's around. The apartment is on the 3rd floor no lift which keeps you fit - the view south over the Sea is phenomenal. Being so close to the action comes at a cost in terms of noise - but it calms down after 10pm. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again. I would also highlight the property manager Mafalda as extremely helpful throughout. We left something behind and she arranged to post it to us. Very kind.

Apartamento excelente, limpo e bem equipado. A localização é espectacular, em frente à praia e com restaurantes, supermercados etc. nas redondezas. A Mafalda sempre disponível e prestável para nos ajudar. Os únicos inconvenientes, na minha opinião, são a falta de elevador e de um aspirador. Apesar destes dois pontos negativos, será um alojamento a repetir. Gostamos muito.

Apartamento muito bom, mas sem elevador

O apartamento era muito bom, mas o acesso não possui elevador, o que é muito complicado, mesmo impossível para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. As pessoas responsáveis pelo apartamento foram extraordinárias, tendo encontrado ótimas soluções para as situações surgidas. Excelentes profissionais.
