Place was clean, 1 minute walk to beach, and Jamie made the stay hassle free. Even texted me to let me know we left a phone charger and was willing to bring it to us at the cruise port.

We will for sure be back. Bed was comfortable. Room temp was good. Utilized space well and cute decor. Jamie was very prompt communicating. Kabana was close enough to walk to the beach and many great places to eat. We felt safe. Jamie was kind enough to let us sit on the upstairs balcony for the amazing views.

The room was very close to the beach. You only have to walk across the road, basically. The room was clean. The host did not offer amenities like soap or shampoo, but we always bring our own, so it was ok. There is no way to control the air temperature inside the room. It was kept rather cold, but again, this was ok for is because we usually get hot. Overall it was a nice place to stay close to the beach and easy to get to and from.

I furnish antibacterial liquid soap at wash basin that lots use if needed. I do not furnish others as someone could have an allergic reaction. I do not include in my advertisement for this. Though the air is on a nest thermostat I ask my guest for a comfortable temperature and that is where I set it. I also let my guest know at anytime they are uncomfortable just text me. You don’t even have to get it off the bed to do that lol.

Jamie is one of the easiest hosts I’ve worked with and communication was outstanding. Great place to stay for pre-cruise vacation and located minutes from everything. Will be back.

This place is an absolute gem! Ms Jamie is the best, and her place is perfect for a short stay before or cruise or just a weekend getaway to the island. Right across from the beach and anything else u may need within minutes. She has great local recommendations. She had a lil welcome gift for me and my mom aas well as my little one! We could not have asked for better. Would recommend 100 times over
