The stay was Good! We first thought we didn’t have pressure with the water or hot water. It turned out to be we needed to let water run and someone was in the other shower that may have caused low pressure momentarily.Other than that communication was good with contact and we had a wonderful time. Shopping & Restaurants was Great!

the lights not work very good only half turn on the hot water was not hot the A C was lock on 75 which is not cool enough to sleep and keep it humid in room the view off balcony was good once traffic stops to hear the waves comein in

We got this place and loved the location and convenience. Only thing that was a negative was paying 40 per car for parking

Nice Condo in a good location

Property was nice and clean. Master bedroom with bath faces road. Secondary bedroom looks over the beach. Front desk staff was very friendly

This was a wonderful little vacation spot. Nice area, clean condo, amazing pool area. Our family of five were very comfortable in this space. Balcony was perfect to relax and feel the ocean breeze. The sounds of the ocean were so relieving of daily life stress, minus the heavy traffic flow. Just a thing! Nothing extra fancy, but exactly what we needed.

Girls weekend get away. Condo was nice with good size balcony. View was really nice with easy beach access. Close to Island attractions. Room rate reasonable. Room stayed cool even with the ac controls locked down. Great kitchen! And floor fans in the bedrooms and living room! Huge plus!!!Cleaning fee high in my opinion, 160 with us only being there two nights. The first thing that you smelled as you entered was a musty damp odor. The windows were very dirty! Interior is a dated. The air vents were also dirty. It would help to know what is available for free with the tv.

Relaxing on the seawall

This was a pleasant, relaxing, clean, nicely decorated condo. The view was nice for the bay as well as people watching. After seeing a show at The Old Quarter, we locked ourselves in with groceries, and enjoyed a weekend of cards, food and music. Perfect!

Bad experience

First of all we get there there is no lights it's like they covered them up they have the light switch but no lights in the kitchen hallway bedrooms living room You got lamps The light in the kitchen didn't work The fans that you're supposed to use at night was dirty the shower curtains had rust on them.We had to go borrow the broom down stairs to sweep,so,the next day we went out and got a broom,rugs for bathroom towels cause the four that was there had holes in them and maybe you could dry your hair.The furniture didn't match and looked like they pick them up from the side of the road..The dining room chairs didn't match and my sister that weights 140 and 70 yrs old sat down and went thru it..The paint is peeling off the walls....The pictures you see to rent the place is nothing like the place except the kitchen and the couch,You also have to pay for parking.even the people who work there though that was dumb..The amenities they say is not true.. there is no hot tub as far as the pool 5 ft it's not 5 ft You better have a car because you're not walking to any of those places it says you are unless you like walking 3 to 5 miles... I don't know how vrbo can let people like this on their site.. when I text the lady to tell her about all this She pretty much said oh well too bad sorry I had a bad experience she'll talk to the cleaning people and that was about it never offered to get maintenance down there to try to fix the kitchen light or fix the side light .

Great place to stay

The view was amazing. Easy access to the hotel. Within walking distance to several attractions that we wanted to see. Overall i would recommend.

Fun trip

Condo is set up very efficiently. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view and good location for those who don't mind being a few blocks from the main part of The Seawall.

Birthday weekend in Galveston

The Condo was very clean, it is an older building but the host has updated the Condo and it was decorated very nicely. Had a small issue with the guest toilet when we arrived but the host responded within minutes and had a handy man over very quickly to check it out. The view is unbeatable and proximity to the beach is wonderful.

By the Sea

This place had a killer view, which was across the highway from the beach. The cleaners had left the floor quite wet and we ran out of toilet paper. We also had no paper towels or a broom, which is necessary at the beach. Walmart was close, so we bought our own. I asked the host about it and she said they had to quit leaving any extra things out because of theft. How sad is that? We enjoyed our stay.

As long time visitors to the island, our family has owned a home in Galveston for over 40 years. This was a perfect getaway after many years of renting from time to time; our original home in Taramar Beach was destroyed in Hurricane Alicia in the 1980's. We have enjoyed this condo throughout the years and look forward to hearing about all the wonderful new memories to be made!
