Villa “La Maddalena”, is a beautiful villa immersed in the Mediterranean scrub of Sardinia, like few others. Independent and beachfront (only 20 meters away). It is located between the Caprera bridge and the Island of Giardinelli, overlooking all the most beautiful creeks on the west coast of Caprera. You can admire Cala Serena, I Coralli, Cala Napoletana, Cala Caprarese and Cala Testa del Polpo. and also the museums dedicated to the Hero of Two Worlds: Giuseppe Garibaldi. It is a villa for 8 people, with the possibility of adding a ninth bed, entirely surrounded by pine forests. Internally, it consists of a large living room with 2 comfortable sofas, a new generation Smart TV and a dining table in front of it when the breeze blows on the terrace. The very large living room overlooks, through an English window, the terrace of about 60 square meters that offers a wonderful view of the sea in the Gulf of Giardinelli. The kitchen redone in 2020 is super equipped. American fridge, induction cooktop, extractor hood with external vent for excellent frying, dishwasher for 12 places, ventilated oven with 7 programs and combined Smart microwave. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, four bathrooms with shower (two of which are inside two double bedrooms). From each room you can observe the garden and wake up to the chirping of sea swallows. Outside, a large terrace that surrounds the three sides of the villa, equipped with a built-in barbecue, table with comfortable armchairs, chairs and sofas for relaxation and fascinating aperitifs at sunset. A large pine forest is accessible from the south-west side of the villa. At the sea, however, there is a pine forest equipped with an outdoor shower, table and chairs for small snacks near the shore. In all, there are 3 areas where you can sunbathe. The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Satellite channels. Air conditioning in all rooms, autonomous. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are traveling for work or are passing through to visit the city. Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 100.00 EUR in cash on site.
