2019年秋以降、Fewo-direktでのみ新しい!!!!家はサルデーニャ北部に位置し、絶対的な内部情報です。 テッラヴェッキアの住宅街にあるサンタテレーザガッルーラ港の真上に位置しています。 そして、この地域の多くの美しいビーチを訪れるためのスタイリッシュな出発点です。
広々とした4ベッドルームのヴィラは、1967年にオランダの建築家によって建てられました。 彼女はコスタスメラルダ時代の現代の証人であり、彼女の丸くてオーガニックなスタイルに魅了されています。 大きなフランス窓からは、周囲、海、コルシカ島の壮大な景色を眺めることができます。 屋上テラスと他のガーデンテラスは、ヴィラに地中海風の雰囲気を与えます。

Perfect Sardinia Getaway Near Beaches and Corsica Ferry

This house is perfect for a vacation in Sardinia! The accommodations and facilities are both beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are full of charm, spotlessly clean, and the beds are very cozy. The location is ideal — close to many stunning beaches, and the pier to get to Corsica is just 5 minutes away. We especially loved the outdoor space — perfect for enjoying sunsets, swimming in the pool, or simply relaxing with a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host is also very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Fabulous stay

Fantastic family holiday at Villa Leoni. The house was beautiful and well equipped, including air con rooms. Great pool and amazing views of Santa Teresa town and the sea. Only a few minutes drive into town and nearby beaches. Andreas was very responsive and helpful, including some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Overall a truly wonderful holiday, thank you!

Just perfect!

We stayed in house for 4 nights but it seemed longer, because house is so beautiful and tranquil. Very tastefully decorated inside and outside. It was too cold to use a swimming pool, but the kids also enjoyed exploring big garden and climbing on the rocks. Andreas is a great host and we are happy that we choose this house. Absolutley recommand!

Wir waren als Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern und einem Teenager in der Villa Leoni und es war großartig! Das Haus ist wunderbar und hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind ein Traum. Es gibt verteilt zahlreiche Sitzplätze, am liebsten haben wir auf der Terrasse am Eingang gesessen, mit Blick bis zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung!

Beautiful Sardinian Villa ~ Tranquil Paradise Found!

A lovely, quiet, tranquil villa in Santa Theresa Gallura. Andreas was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. The house is impeccable, with ample room for everyone, a gorgeous pool, and spectacular views! Andreas helped us with dinner reservations (Wow! Amazing Gallura cuisine!). We loved the local beach (Rena Bianca) and traveled to Rena Maggore (where Little Mermaid was filmed) and many of the little hill towns and the islands of Maddelena. We highly recommend a stay in this Villa with your family. Paradise Found!

What A Beauty

Nicely placed in the hills east of Santa Teresa Gallura, this house has everything to spend a relaxing vacation with a group of 6 or 7 people. You will find several well placed areas outside with natural shadows to read a book or listen to the music of your choice. A BBQ place with a state of the art Weber Grill allows you to prepare your dinner that you can enjoy under a pergola close by and an outdoor fitness area will help you to burn calories. The property is serviced by a gardener and the pool‘s water temperature in June is already comfortable. The kitchen equipment is sufficient (we were a group of six). The size of the living room is more than enough and the sleeping rooms are comfortably equipped. Would we recommend that location? A clear YES with 5 out of 5 stars.

Wir durfen 2 Wochen zu Gast in diesem schönen Haus sein und haben den Aufenthalt alle sehr genossen. Das Haus und das gesamte Anwesen sind in einem sehr gepflegten ansprechenden Zustand. Es ist alles da was es zu einem gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Natürlich braucht es ein Auto um zu den wunderbaren Stränden in der Umgebung zu kommen. Santa Teresa ist ein kleines (im August) gut besuchtes quirliges Städtchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Kleiner Tipp: die besten Brötchenauswahl gibt es im Euro Spin. Wir hoffen, dass wir hier nochmal Ferien verbringen dürfen.

Great property with thoughtful touches

The views from the property are superb. A walk around the bay in to town where there are plenty of good restaurants and a good beach. The property itself is lovely. Full of light and air. All the rooms are a good size and well furnished. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in for amenities making it feel like a home from home. Numerous outdoor seating areas to be able to chase the sun or shade depending how hot it is. A lovely pool in spacious gardens tops it off.

A beautiful and well equipped Villa,

We rented this property as 2 families with 3 children between us ranging from 1-3 years old. The Villa is a short 5-10min drive from the local town and amenities. A car is highly recommended although e-bikes were provided. The check-in process was smooth will good communication with the host in advance. The property is beautiful, set on a rocky hillside with incredible sea views. The house sits above its own pool, with various terraces and areas to relax and enjoy. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Although the blinds in the front rooms do not keep the morning sun out, so not ideal for lay-ins. The property is well equipped with air conditioning throughout, great outdoor kitchen and private pool & gardens. The property is not ideal for young families as there are many steep steps and terraces with drop offs with no guard rails etc. The pool area is fenced off using plants, however the children still found their way in through the many gaps. Overall the property was spectacular and we had a fantastic stay, we just had to be extra vigilant with the children near the numerous hazards.

Traumhaus

Nagelneu renoviertes (deutsche Standards) Traumhaus in wunderschöner Aussichtslage. Hier hat sich jemand mit viel Geschmack eine Idylle erschaffen, die ihresgleichen sucht. Alles ist durchdacht und aufeinander abgestimmt. Service durch den Eigentümer in Deutschland und durch Sebastiano vor Ort erstklassig und unkompliziert. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit kurzen Wegen zu Strānden und Restaurants, ein Auto ist dafūr notwendig, wir haben aber auch die vorhandenen Fahrrāder genutzt. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Andreas und Sebastiano
