Welcome to Residencial El Puerto, a very well-presented small apartment block located just 5 minutes’ walk from the exclusive Marina Rubicon.

Each apartment has a comfortable lounge area with sofa, flat screen TV with a good selection of international channels and wifi included in the price. There is a full kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is access to a washing machine in the Solana.

There are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed and a further TV, the second bedroom has twin beds (Apartment 4 has a second balcony from the master bedroom). There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle. Each apartment has either a small private patio or balcony ideal for an al fresco breakfast!
The Studio has a different layout. This has a sofa bed and does not have a separate bedroom nor is there a safe available, the kitchen has a 2-ring hob and no washing machine. If you require the use of a washing machine during your stay then this can be arranged by contacting our office. The studio does have a small private terrace to the side of the complex (not pool facing). This is reflected in the price.

The communal areas are very well maintained with well-established gardens which includes local fruit trees which you are welcome to help yourself to. There is a communal solar heated pool with plenty of sunbeds ideal to relax on and enjoy the beautiful Lanzarote days.
These are non-smoking apartments; smoking is allowed on the terrace/patios.
