Top quality apartment with all the comforts, the house has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms, it has internet, wifi and satellite TV, you will find the kitchen fully furnished and equipped. It has three independent bedrooms, two with a double bed (150x190) and another with two single beds (90x190). It has two full bathrooms and includes a hair dryer.

The apartment is located in La Lonja, a short walk from countless points of interest in the city of Palma such as the Cathedral or the port. The La Lonja neighborhood offers a varied gastronomic offer, art galleries, and shops also invade the streets of the neighborhood. A fusion of tradition and modernity, it is one of the most charismatic and sought-after areas of the island both for its location and for its historical character.

Perfectly located property with great facilities and very well managed with great communication and response. Everything was in good working order and overall, aside from some very noisy neighbours one night we enjoyed our stay.

We had a larger group traveling to Palma and this was an ideal place for us to stay! It’s very close to a shopping district, a wide variety of restaurants, bus lines to get around the city easily, and a walking/running path by the shore. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet, and very convenient. Our hosts were very communicative and kind as well. Highly recommend staying here if you’re traveling with a larger group!

Fabulous location, lovely restaurants near by. Very close to the royal palace, cathedral and the old town. The apartment feels very safe and the hosts were very responsive and helpful . Everything was spotless and was well equipped for 6 people. We had a wonderful few days.

Fantastic apartment, great location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern apartment. The communication with the agency was great and they took very good care of us, also checking during our stay if everything was ok. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed, it was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. The area around the apartment is great is well, lots of restaurants, shops and the harbour nearby. We would definitely recommend it.

Spacious flat in the perfect location!

We stayed 6 nights here during New Year’s Eve and the flat couldn’t have been in a better location! 5 minutes walk to the cathedral with so many restaurants and shops all around. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need. We were traveling with 2 young children and elder parents, and the place slept 6 comfortably. Communications and check-in with the host was very smooth, we had a late evening flight out and was able to keep our bags and suitcases in the flat until the evening. I would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Palma

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Gut war der vorhandene Aufzug im Gebäude.

Clean well equipped apartment in perfect location

We took our two grown up children and partners for a special long weekend to celebrate our 30 th wedding anniversary. This apartment provided us with an excellent base to explore one of our favourite city resorts. Being "foodies",staying in La Llotja allowed us to rediscover old favourite haunts in the old town and close enough to discover new edgier parts of the city. The apartment was well equipped enough for our professional chef son to cook us a fabulous meal from ingredients sought from nearby markets. We also discovered an amazing vegan restaurant in Born. Ofcourse we had to visit the beach and swim in the sea,anima beach bar helped us survive the hot September weather with welcome refreshments!!! Big thanks to Naika and Noemi at homeaway who kept us informed of the arrangements and organised for us to have a late check out.
