Close to town centre, parking available close by. 5 large bedrooms all en suited.
Large dining room and sitting room opening out onto south west facing garden.
There are many excellent restaurants close to the property. The river Avon is just a short walk away. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is just a 5 minute walk along the river.
The Shakespeare properties are also within walking distance from the house.
The Cotswold are also just a short drive away so that you can enjoy all the beautiful little villages in this area.
Warwick Castle and the historic town of Warwick is just a short drive away., together with Leamington Spa a Regency Spa town. There are so many beautiful places of interest to see, such as
Blenheim Palace
Waddesdon Manor
There are several National Trust Properties also a short drive away.
