The Space:

Hiron's Piece is a comfortable country home, thoughtfully restored with tranquillity and comfort in mind. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features double French doors and a striking floor-to-ceiling glazed gable end, flooding the space with natural light and offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. This vibrant heart of the home is perfect for socialising or unwinding, whether enjoying a relaxed family breakfast or a lively dinner party with friends. Outside, a private hot tub provides the ultimate spot to relax while taking in the peaceful scenery.



Its neighbour, Honeysuckle Cottage, is a charming, quintessential Cotswolds retreat, accommodating an additional four guests across two cosy bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The cottage also boasts an impressive living/dining area, where striking beams adorn the ceiling and expansive windows welcome abundant natural light, framing beautiful countryside views.



Both homes sit together in tranquil countryside, offering panoramic vistas and a serene escape.



Guests enter Hiron's Piece into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for family or friends to gather, socialise, and unwind. Underfloor heating throughout this space ensures warmth and comfort during colder months, while the high ceilings, tall windows, and vast wooden beams maintain a sense of light and openness.



The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with a range cooker, wine cooler, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware, perfect for preparing hearty meals after a day of exploring.



A second living area, tucked away at the rear of the home, features original flagstone flooring and an open fireplace. Elegantly furnished, this room is ideal for curling up with a book or a hot drink, while still spacious enough for evening games or socialising, offering a flexible space for large groups.



The ground floor hosts one double bedroom with an en suite shower room, alongside a separate W/C off the main living/dining area for convenience.



Upstairs, three further luxury bedrooms each feature en suite bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort. Two bedrooms offer zip-and-link beds, configurable as kingsize or twin, to suit the needs of any group.

The adjacent modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing hearty meals. The ground-floor kingsize bedroom with en suite bathroom provides a calm, restful space with serene views. Upstairs, the second bedroom, also with a double bed and en suite bathroom, is decorated to promote calm and mindfulness, overlooking fields and the nearby picturesque church.



Honeysuckle Cottage also features a designated outdoor space with a furnished patio, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the countryside.



A gravelled circular driveway between the two properties allows for easy unloading, with space for two cars outside Honeysuckle Cottage, two alongside Hiron's Piece, and additional parking for up to four cars before reaching the homes.

The Neighborhood:

Weston-sub-edge is a peaceful village with many historical buildings and bursting with quintessential Cotswolds charm. The village, recorded in Domesday, lies at the foot of Dovers Hill, and is located between the Vale of Evesham and Chipping Campden.



This beautifully secluded home is located just a six-minute drive from Chipping Campden, a 24-minute drive from Stratford-upon-Avon, and under 45 minutes from Cheltenham.



Chipping Campden holds a unique historical tradition, having hosted its own Olympic Games since as far back as 1612. The town serves as an endpoint for the famous Cotswold Way, a 102-mile-long distance footpath known for its stunning natural beauty.



Dover’s Hill, Hidcote Manor and Broadway Tower and Park are excellent for long or short walks, picnics and generally enjoying the natural beauty of the area and creating a memorable day out.
