The home is located in a quiet residential street in St Judes, which is a multicultural area close to Cabot Circus for shopping, and close to the Old City for nighlife.
There are 2 double bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and private garden, all decorated and equipped to a high standard.
Entry is gained through the front door by using a code in a smartlock. Lock codes are generated automatically upon booking.

Great home away from home

Felt comfortable and welcoming from the minute we walked in. Great outdoor place to sit, everything we needed. A happy place to stay.

Handy place to stay walking distance to Bristol city centre and Cabot Circus

Great stay. Good communication. Comfortable beds and lovely bed linen and soft towels. Note that the bathroom is downstairs - bit tricky for me as I had a broken ankle during my stay.

Excellent stay at great price

Excellent property for the price, I'd booked it slightly wearily because of how cheap it was compared to similar ones, but the house itself really impressed. Comfortable bedrooms and a significant kitchen plus living room gave us plenty of space. Only issue the the neighborhood itself. Although the street itself and the heading towards the city centre was fine, in the opposite direction was a particularly rough end.

Weekend Away

We stayed at this house for a 40th birthday get together. It was a handy location to walk to Cabot Circus shopping centre but I wouldn't want to do the walk by myself or late at night. It was great having a code to the front door so you didn't have to worry about losing the key. It is permit only on Newton Road Monday to Friday and you can't pay to stay for longer than 2 hours so be aware of this if you are staying during the week. It is free parking over the weekend though from 5pm on Fridays. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The bedding was nice too. We put the heating on for one evening which worked well. The only thing I would say is that there wasn't anywhere comfortable or cosy to sit and chat. You couldn't sit for too long on the dining chairs as they felt like they would break and the sofas weren't that comfortable to sit on for an evening. Overall it was a good location and great price for what we needed.

Loved it. Felt as if I was home, very happy.

Location is excellent, 10 minute walk to the city centre which is very convenient. The apartment is very clean and well looked after! I’d happily stay again.

House better in real life than photos. All the basics and close to town

We went here as two couples to celebrate my fiancee's birthday. House not in the best area bit is close to town. House is clean with all the basics and perfect base for group to explore Bristol Beds are comfy memorty foam and white bedding Powerful shower Nice big kitchen with basics and teabags, coffee and sugar provided ** Would benefit from providing oven glove, more teatowels and bin bags

Nice break

Lovely home. Closer to centre than expected which was great, just walked there in about 10 mins. Fab kitchen and good with double doors to garden where we spent nice mornings and evenings. Highly recommended

Great Value House

This is a great property, plenty of space and well equipped. Situated in a central location but in a quiet area. It was modern and simply furnished, great for a city break
