A wonderful two bedroom apartment that comfortably accommodates 8 guests and is close to the sea front.. All on the Ground Floor:

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Garden with patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. 24hr CCTV. No smoking.. The Dolphin is located in the beautiful fishing village of Avoch with a small selection of shops and amenities. This ground floor apartment offers guests a good level of comfortable living and just a short stroll to the seafront. The nearby village of Fortrose has more local shops whilst just 3 miles away is the stunning beach at Rosemarkie.
The accommodation comprises of a spacious living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Outside there is a communal garden, patio area and a BBQ area. Beach 3 miles. Shop and takeaways 200 yards.
