Unfortunately, during your stay, the actual bad weather conditions may have obscured the house's full charm. Regarding the balcony, our Vrbo description accurately portrays its size, noting its rarity for Cortona, a town that dates back to the Etruscan period. If you can point out any discrepancies with what you read, I'd appreciate your note, and I'll rectify them. Additionally, I regret any inconvenience caused by your experience, particularly in light of your wife's knee surgery. In an effort to accommodate your needs, I extended an upgrade to our beautiful Casa Maya, which you chose not to accept.
