The holiday home on the first floor of Villa Nataly is an apartment in Torre Chianca, near Lecce. It`s equipped with accessories such as barbecue, outdoor shower, washing machine and mosquito nets. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Pets are allowed.

apartment on the first floor of Villa Nataly is introduced by the
staircase that takes to the big terrace with swing seat and table with
chairs. The apartment consists of a living room with sofa and dining area, a modern kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with bunk bed and access to the living room (bedroom without door), 1 bathroom with shower divided from the living room by a folding door.

Villa Nataly Primo Piano is in Torre Chianca, near Lecce and the beaches of the Adriatic coast.
It`s near many beach establishments and free beaches. In Torre Chianca
there are food shops, tobacco shops, newsstands, cafès and restaurants. Lecce, the beautiful Baroque city with its marvelous old town centre, is 15 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 49 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bunk bed's room has no door.
