Marebello is a beachfront vacation home in Torre Chianca, marina of Lecce. The house is two steps from the equipped lidos and the beach.
The solution is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, electric oven, hair dryer, TV, outdoor shower, etc.

Apartment Marebello is a simple and essential solution for vacations on the beach, just 100 meters from the access to the sea.
The
entrance is into an outdoor space equipped with table and chairs, where
you can have lunch and dinner outside. Here there`s also an outdoor
shower to refresh yourself after returning from the sea.
From the entrance you enter the living room furnished with a kitchen, table and chairs for dining, two sofas including 1 single sofa bed and TV.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with single beds + crib. Completes the house 1 shower room.

Marebello
stands in a privileged position, just 100 meters from the access to the
sea of Torre Chianca, on the coast of Lecce. The entrance to Lido
Circeo is just a stone`s throw from the house.
In Torre Chianca,
in the summer, there are several services, as well as frequent
connection to the city of Lecce by public transport. By car, Lecce can
be reached in 10 minutes.
Torre Chianca is a hamlet of Lecce
positioned on the crystal clear sea and long beaches of the finest sand.
Large and interesting areas of natural interest extend around the
locality, such as the Rauccio Park and the Idume basin with its mouth.
Within walking distance are bars, pizzerias, and mini markets.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
