Great, brand new studio apartment, 15 min by foot to Old city, close to Rixos Libertas hotel and Bellevue beach
The space
Studio has kitchenette equipped with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffe maker, kitchen utensils.Bathroom comes with shower and washing machine.
Double bed is 160cm wide and perfect for couples.
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Major-league holiday!
Great little flat, near a nice beach and you can go into the hotel nearby’a shoreline area to swim also which is nice. Clean and tidy, lots of towels !

Glorious residence!
Nice place with amazing views. Clean and located in a peaceful area. Even though the room is quite small me and my friend enjoyed our stay a lot and can warmly recommend staying at Martina’s place!

High-end vacation!
This was an amazing cozy place. The view is everything you need, sea view and the fort as well. Also the place has everything you need to make it your home for few days, we actually cooked some things.
Will come again soon!

Extraordinary journey!
We spend 1 week in the apartment and had a wonderful time.
Martina is a kind and helpful host and the apartment is perfect to explore the surrounding.

Great stay!
I had a very comfortable and beautiful time in the apartment. The sea view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the little kitchen had everything one might need. Also the instructions and the service was always there when needed. Thank you, Martina.

Glorious residence!
Very nice room and bed. A bit of a walk to get to the old town but it's a quite pleasant one. If you want to stay in Dubrovnik this is a great place to be.

Major-league holiday!
This place is a perfect location. You feel part of the neighbourhood, get a beautiful view of the sea and only a short walk to Dubrovnik old town. The walk is peaceful with lots of restaurants and bars to stop at along the way. It is everything we could have wanted for our city break.
