Welcome to our brand-new studio apartment, featuring a spacious private terrace with a partial sea view! Located in Dubrovnik’s peaceful Lapad area! This private studio is nestled in a charming home, just a short walk from the popular Lapad beach, the lively promenade, and nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The studio is ideal for couples or solo travelers, offering comfortable accommodation with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool during those warm summer days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need, including a toaster, stove, kettle, and coffee machine. You’ll also find fresh linens, towels, and a private bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

Guests also have access to private terrace.

A studio apartment is a self-contained apartment where the bedroom, living area, and kitchenette are all in one open-plan room.
The bathroom is private, en-suite, and directly connected to the studio.

The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Great stay!

Great accomodation, very confortable and complet. the location was great, if you want just to stay in a chill area there is amazing lapad beach just downstairs and still very easy acess to the old town with the bus. the communication with the host was very good and the instructions to acess was very clear. i strong recommend

Special place!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and in an amazing location. The views were incredible and the amenities had everything we needed. Our host was so friendly and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. Truly a wonderful stay!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We loved our stay here, it had a huge terrace that you can enjoy the sun and we were very comfortable. She also organised a taxi transport service for us that was super smooth.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We had a great time staying here! Host was very welcoming, responded quickly to messages and gave local recommendations. Very clean and good apartment. Would stay there again. It's only a few minutes from here to old town by bus and the sunsets at the local beach are gorgeous.

Great Stay

The property was in a great location even the 120 steps up and down to the beach 😁 very clean and loved the balcony overlooking the bay. Very friendly host nothing was a problem.

Incredible place, location and service!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was exactly as described. Beautiful place, great patio and awesome location! We were close to restaurants and Old Town. And the property manager was super helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Would absolutely stay here again!

Brilliant service!

Our stay was great, the location is really nice and only a short walk from the ocean. Slavica also recommend some restaurants to us, one of which we visited, it was really good! Check-in was easy and we were able to check-in early, which was great.

An amazing stay, the room had everything we needed for amazing value! We were only a stones throw away from the beach and the supermarket which meant we had everything we needed! Brilliant communication with our awesome hosts all the way through arriving, during and departing, and Jelena even made us some crepes on our last night which was lovely! Special place!

Fine place to stay for a night! Hosts are reactive. Bathroom could use an update, the shelf below the mirror is loose and things slide off and there is a bit of paint peeling in the corner. Cleaning up these things would make the place feel a bit nicer

I loved the view and it is nice. The only thing that I did not like to much is that you have to go up a lot of stairs and with luggage is not pretty convenient. But besides that everything perfect!

Brilliant service!

Overall the house is very nice. The balcony has a beautiful view and it is perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The house is a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the old city of Dubrovnik. We found it very comfortable and fast instead of moving with the car. The host is always available and answers very fast to every request.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Absolutely loved my time here! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The balcony had a great view, the location was great and close enough to everything, the bed was comfy and a great size, the bathroom was great and had everything I needed and the cleaner made sure the place was spotless every time! Also I stayed for a month and I got a brilliant price.. I had no problems at all and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a great holiday at a great price! If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will most definitely stay here again and would advise people to do the same! 5 ⭐️:)

Great location, less touristy than Old Town

We stayed one night here on the way to Elaphite island tour. This was a great location away from the Dubrovnik Old Town craziness. The apartment was nice and clean. We had a great terrace. Check in was smooth. Owner was helpful with storing luggage after our checkout. It's very hilly everywhere in the area - 170 steps or so down to the beach (10 minutes at most), which we thought was fine, but wanted to mention if steps or exercise were difficult. We loved the restaurants all along the promenade, the beach nearby, and the mountain hiking across the beach. Convenient supermarket on the way to/from the beach. Did not take the bus to Old Town, but heard it was a short ride. Very nice stay. Good value apartment stay.

Suite was small but very clean . The large deck had a lovely view and partial water view of Sunset Beach. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen simple . ( 2 of everything but not matching!) A/C worked but something was loose causing a reparative sound which drove us crazy. Arriving we found the access to the suite very strange, you had to go past the deck of another suite and up a few very narrow stairs. Athletics required. The distances to beach and stores mentioned are accurate- if you are a bird. I counted 317 stairs. Up and down. My husband could not go out unless we hired an Uber. He has a heart condition- the heat and stairs would have caused great problems. I went up and down to get things. The stairs should be mentioned in the description . Cats roamed the property and had slept on the furniture cushions. They were covered in cat hair. Shops and restaurants near by but be ready for over 300 stairs down and up! Or Uber at 20 Euro each way as the street is different than the walk.

Brilliant service!

Emplacement idéal, parfait pour découvrir la ville. La literie est de qualité, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je retire toutefois une étoile car les places de parking mentionnées dans l’annonce sont très rares. De plus, lorsque l’on parvient à en trouver une, l’accès est peu praticable. Nous avons malheureusement abîmé notre voiture en nous y garant.

High-end vacation!

Nous avons passé quelques jours avec mon copain et c’était super. Le logement est idéalement placé un peu dans les montagnes mais à 2minutes en voiture de centre de Lapad. Si vous souhaitez voir le centre ville historique un moyen de se déplacer est recommandé. Nous avions un scooter et c’était parfait. La chambre est super, la vue magnifique et la Clim en été apporte un confort qui n’est pas négligeable. Pour le prix c’est parfait. Merci pour tout :)
