Holiday with the family

Excellent villa for our needs - some little issue with pool lighting which was resolved but wish it had been sooner. I would highly recommend and we would all be happy to return again to it!

Great villa

We had a great time at the villa. The house is a great size in a quiet location with a good sized pool, shaded space and effective air con. Easy access to the beach and to Lagos. Drains can get at bit smelly though and it would have been good to be supplied with basics like hand soap, and washing up liquid/cloths.

Avis mitigé

Je vais essayer d’être le plus objectif possible. Tout d’abord concernant les photos, celles ci ont été prises il y a quelques années au vu de l’état de la villa. Manque sérieux d’entretien, la moitié des clims ne fonctionnaient pas, les mosaïques de la piscine sont en mauvais état( on les retrouve décollés au fond de la piscine), l’éclairage de la piscine hors d’usage, la malheureuse clé 4G censé fournir une connexion internet stable fonctionnait à moitié, du coup pas de tv, l’espace repas à l’extérieur ne correspond pas du tout à la photo( une vieille table ronde en pvc accouplée à une table en verre) la vaisselle, bon courage pour trouver 2 verres identiques. Petit message à destination des propriétaires: Au vu des montants des loyers perçus, ayez un minimum de respect envers vos locataires en veillant au bon état général de votre bien. Mis à part cela: la villa est bien située et implantée dans une zone très calme, parfait pour le repos.

Thank you for your review, I'm quite surprised as none of this was mentioned to us during your stay, we are aware of the pool but this is a big job that is planned for the winter after the guests from the summer.
