Wonderful as always

This was our third stay at Signora Carlotta‘s house and we enjoyed every moment of it. An oasis of tranquility with the most beautiful view, kind hosts that went above and beyond accommodating our check in and check out needs- we had the perfect holiday.

Grandiose Terrasse

Wir hatten zu Viert einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Carlottas schöner oberer Etage, die vor allem durch die riesige Terrasse beeindruckt, die einen fantastischen Blick auf die Nordostküste bietet. Die untere Etage des Hauses war nicht besetzt. Die rustikale Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; die Agentur hat es allerdings nicht geschafft, die korrekte Lage des Objekts zu kennzeichnen. Es liegt etwa 500 Meter vom Meer entfernt und war nicht so leicht zu finden. Der Kontakt mit Carlotta der Vermieterin war sehr nett (auf italienisch und französisch). Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert und kostete 20 Euro.

Leider von mir nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung und auch zum Zeitpunkt der Reise stand in der Anzeige "Ganzes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage". Dies ist jedoch falsch. Als wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass es sich hierbei um eine Ferienwohnung und nicht um ein Ferienhaus handelt. Unter uns war ebenfalls eine deutlich hörbare Familie. Zudem stand in der Anzeige, dass Internet verfügbar ist. Dies entsprach auch nicht der Realität. Erst nach längeren Diskussionen wurde uns am Tag nach der Anreise ein Modem vor die Tür gestellt. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und bietet 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Matratze des Kinderbettes ist weich. Dazu gibt es zwei Doppelbetten - eines mit mittelharter Matratze und eines mit harter. Die Küche ist schon älter und mit Gasherd. Bei Ankunft gab es nichts in der Küche - auch Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker mussten gekauft werden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und der Terasse ist toll. Die Wohnung selbst ist am Anreisetag schwer zu finden. Man muss die Asphaltstraße verlassen und einen holprigen Feldweg weiterfahren. Leider hatte die Wohnung irgendein defektes Ventil in der Wand. Immer, wenn jemand bei uns oder unter uns in der Wohnung das Wasser ausstellte, kam ein lauter Pfeifton aus der Wand, was gerade spätabends nervig war. Deutsche Programme gibt es nicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist nicht in englisch oder deutsch möglich (dies erachte ich aber nicht als Kritikpunkt, da uns dies vor der Reise bekannt war). Insgesamt wurden die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

Mi dispiace che non si sia trovato bene nella nostra casa vacanza … purtroppo la lingua e le incomprensioni varie sono state determinanti. Sul posizionamento errato della casa vacanza poi, credo che sia stata fatta una ricerca su altre piattaforme che non riportano la giusta posizione….. e noi non siamo responsabili di questo! La strada sterrata di cui si parla è di appena 100 metri e non è poi cosi accidentata come è stato scritto…. In ogni caso all’arrivo dell’ospite dopo avergli dato per mail la nostra disponibilità, gli siamo anche andati incontro a riceverlo finché non lo abbiamo raggiunto sulla strada asfaltata. All’arrivo con un certo tono perentorio e poca gentilezza ha preteso modem e Wi-Fi dicendo di averlo prenotato e di volerlo per lavoro, non accorgendosi però che tale richiesta si riferiva ad una precedente prenotazione scaduta e non rinnovata. Non comparendo quindi fra i servizi richiesti il wifi non era stato quindi preparato. Comunque arrivati gli ospiti alle 17:00, la mattina seguente alle 6:45 il modem è stato consegnato e lasciato fuori nella terrazza, non per scortesia, ma semplicemente per non svegliare gli ospiti stessi arrivati la sera prima e stanchi per il viaggio. Insieme al modem è stato anche lasciato un biglietto di scuse con le nostre motivazioni evidentemente non tanto apprezzate. Come riporta l’annuncio poi, trattasi di “appartamento superiore di villa Carlotta” e nessuno mai ha dato disponibilità dell’intera villa. Noi onestamente e nonostante le incomprensioni pensavamo di aver risolto i problemi ed aver raggiunto un intesa che a quanto pare non c’è stata.

La plus belle terrasse de la côte Est !!!

Carlotta et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis, le logement est simple mais efficace. Nous étions 4. La terrasse est immense avec une magnifique vue sur les iles de la Maddalena. La ville de Cannigione est très agréable et assez animée sans trop de touristes (fin juin). Carlotta nous a conseillé de très bons restaurants à proximité. Les seuls améliorations possibles : je ne crois pas qu'il y avait de wifi (mais nous n'avons pas demandé ni cherché...) ; je pense que nous étions les premiers vacanciers de la saison et donc il n'y avait aucun produits de 1ere nécessité (sel poivre huile eponge liquide vaisselle gel douche ou autres...) nous avons dû tout acheter... Et peut-être qu'à 4 ou plus, le fait que le wc soit au même endroit que la douche ce n'était pas hyper pratique ! Mais sinon les propriétaires sont charmants et si nous retournons dans la région ce sera là, c'est sûr !!!

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt in La Conia. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Vor allem die schöne Terasse lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben den Urlaub mit der Familie sehr genossen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Carlotta und ihren Mann.

Ein Bijoux mit Meersicht und traumhafter Terrasse

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Freienhaus von Carlotta Satta in LaCania/Cannegione verbringen dürfen. Und es war schlicht ein Privileg. Was wir vorgängig online in Erfahrung bringen konnten, deckte sich zu 100% mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Aussicht auf das Maddalena Archipel und die Baia Sardegna ein Traum, die Terrasse mit all ihren Möglichkeiten, ein geräumiges Badzimmer, schöne Schlafzimmer mit guten Matratzen etc. Zudem ein Superhost, sehr flexibel und herzlich. Kurzum: Diese Ferienwohnung bietet hundert Gründe erneut zu buchen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Terrasse

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Carlotta und Tarcisio verbracht. Wir wurden äusserst herzlich empfangen und die beiden Gastgeber waren jederzeit für uns da. Unkompliziert und liebeswürdig. Das Haus ist im typisch sardischen Stil eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, dazu im Bad eine Waschmaschine. Was für uns mit Kindern ein grosses Plus war. Das Highlight ist definitiv die grosszügige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, wo wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Cannigione und die Costa Smeralda bieten eine Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen, ruhigen Stränden. Und das nahe gelegene Maddalena Archipel kann mit einem Tagesausflug per Auto (via Autofähre) oder per Boot direkt ab Cannigione entdeckt werden. Ein Auto ist dringend empfohlen. Fünf Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie mille!

Traumhafte Lage

Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub in der Villa Carlotta. Die große Terrasse ist wirklich traumhaft, der Meerblick wunderschön und der schattige kleine Balkon perfekt zum frühstücken. Ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen (steiler Aufstieg zurück aber da muss man durch ;)ebenso wie eine sehr gute Pizzeria und ein Restaurant am Strand. Cannigione ist ein netter Ort und zu Pfingstzeit noch nicht so überlaufen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Large, characterful house in stunning location with incredible views

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Carlotta with our 3.5 year old daughter during the first two weeks of September this year. From the moment you arrive, welcomed by the charming owners, you feel like this is a real home away from home, rather than just some soulless holiday rental. The house is large and tastefully decorated in the Sardinian style, it will accommodate 5-6 people- with a big living/dining room indoors, as well as a generous kitchen with large fridge that makes cooking all the local produce fun. Then there is the huge terrace overlooking the sea that offers plenty of space for relaxation, lazy lunches/dinners or just stargazing at night - we and our little one loved spending time there. The area is ideal for visiting wonderful beaches, swimming and a stroll around the little shops and markets of the surrounding towns, especially Cannigione. Other than the more obvious/famous places, we would recommend a visit to Arzachena to get a bit of the true local character, and for one of the best spots for swimming you have to venture the best part of 2 minutes by car or 5mins on foot to local La Conia beach. We loved our time in Carlotta's house, and hope to be back one day.

Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato tutto quanto la nostra casa vi ha offerto, aspetto confortevole in ogni suo angolo, vista a mare, posizione fulcro , a breve distanza dai luoghi piu' rinomati della costa smeralda. e soprattutto che abbiate notato e gradito la nostra spontaneita' che voleva significare gentilezza e apprezzamento del vostro comportamento davvero sincero. Fantastic location with all amenities and plenty space

We spent 16 days in this beautifull villa exploring the costa smeralda with my family of 5 . The owners are very friendly and helpfull , they even had installed air conditioning units in the rooms now which was a nice gesture , they should add this in their descriptions , the place is perfectly located in la conia and cannigione 10 minutes walk , there is loads to do in the evenings too in cannigione , well equipped towns , no noise just peace and a view to die for , we where 5 people and the villa was huge . Everything you need for a perfect sardinia’s holiday Mr Satta even welcomed us with his home made wine , it was amazing slept well lol 😂 would . I would defenetly comeback here and use this accommodation again . Thanks Carlotta for the warm welcome .

Parfait !!!

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée et avec une grande et magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Pas de bruit de voiture, de clocher, .... maison vraiment au calme. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et discrets (ils ne sont pas toujours présents). Cannigione est un joli petit village avec de très bons restaurants (La Randa, la Zaterra, la Conti). Idéalement situé pour visiter les plages de Palau - départ pour l'Archipel de la Maddalena - Baia Sardinia, Porto Cervo. Je ne peux que conseiller cette location. Les photos correspondent entièrement à la réalité. Merci à Carlotta et à son mari pour leur gentillesse.

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. La grande terrasse avec une magnifique vue sur la mer était vraiment appréciée. L'emplacement de la maison est au calme pas de bruit de voiture, de clocher,... Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et très discrets (ils ne sont pas souvent présents). Les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Cannigione est un joli village avec plusieurs bons restaurants (La Randa, la Zattera, La Conti). En plus il est bien situé pour aller aux plages de Palau (départ pour L'archipel de la Maddaléna), Baia Sardinia, Porto Cervo). Je recommande vivement cette location pour passer d'agréables vacances.

A cozy italian family hou...

A cozy italian family house with increadibly amazing view to the sea and islands from the terrace, where we spent most of our time. Owners are pleasant and friendly. Surroundings are quite. Excellent location if you want to explore nothern/eastern part of the island. We found everything we needed in the house. Grazie, Carlotta!!!
