This 84 m² property has a large launch and dining area, 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, a 28 m2 southwest facing covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Mediterranean and the hills near Mijas. The independent kitchen offers dishwasher and all the appliances you could wish for family living and has exit to a 10 m2 patio facing southeast.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber net), air conditioning (cold/hot), a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV with Chromecast which allows you to stream the same canals as in your home (ask the owner), cot and a highchair.

A shared outdoor pool, children's pool, garden, garden furniture, and a tennis court.
The pool is open from 1st of May to the 30th of September. Summer season 2024: swimming pool availability subject to applicable local/regional regulations.

Parque Europa, which offers playground for children, Fitness machines and a ball field for free, is 300 meters away.

The walking distance to the beach, the restaurants, supermarkeds and the train is 15 minutes (1500 meters). The train drives every 20 minutes to the airport and the historical center of Malaga.

The local bus stops 100 meters from the apartment. It drives 4 times each hour to the train station, the beach, the restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
