Enjoy a lovely relaxing holiday and the fantastic views from the balcony of our southwest facing modern apartment located in Torreblanca, a green and hilly part of Fuengirola. The apartment is perfect for those who want to stay close to the beach and the town center with restaurants and supermarkets, but also want to enjoy the area's tranquility.
This 78 m² property has a launch and dining area, 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobe, 2 bathrooms, one en-suite, a 24 m2 southwest facing covered balcony where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view over the Mediterranean and the hills near Mijas. The independent kitchen offers dishwasher and all the appliances you could wish for family living and has exit to a 10 m2 patio facing southeast.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber net), air conditioning (cold/hot), a washing machine, a dishwasher, cable TV with Chromecast which allows you to stream the same canals as in your home (ask the owner), a foldable baby bed and a highchair.

A shared outdoor pool, children's pool, garden, garden furniture, and a tennis court.
The pool is open:
June 1 - September 30. daily.
May 1 - May 31 the pool is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Towels and linen are included in the price.
Free private underground parking.

Parque Europa, which offers playground for children, Fitness machines and a ball field for free, is 300 meters away.
Groups of young people are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
The building has elevator.

The walking distance to the beach, the restaurants, supermarkeds and the train is 15 minutes (1500 meters). The train drives every 20 minutes to the airport and the historical center of Malaga.

The local bus stops 100 meters from the apartment. It drives 4 times each hour to the train station, the beach, the restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Distance to the airport: 25 km Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport.

Arrival between 03pm and 09pm.
Arrival 09pm-00am: 30 euro
Arrival 00am-02am : 60 euro
Arrival after 02am : the guest has to ask the owner about the price and possibility.

Good Apartment in Fuengirola

5 People (2 Adults / 15/13/11) stayed in Appartement. All ok. Lovely terrace, pool was beautiful (only approx 1.60 deep), parking ok (typical tight spaces). Spent 8 lovely days and enjoyed it. App. Has everything you need. Would return anytime.

Lovely property with everything needed for a relaxing family holiday

We had a wonderful family holiday in this apartment. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. It is located close to a play park and basketball court which are free to use. The pool was a great size and has a lifeguard on duty and was always quiet when we were there. As an added bonus the host provided additional towels for use at the pool. There is a local bus service which made travel in to Fuengirola and supermarkets very easy. Uber eats provide a great service to get groceries and food delivered if you don’t have a car. Parking space is available if you need it. On arrival we were greeted and provided with all information required for our stay. Would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Dejlig lejlighed

Dejlig lejlighed, skønt med en markise der kan rulles ned og dejlig gasgrill. Udstyret i lejligheden er fint. Helt sikkert ikke sidste gang vi booker denne lejlighed.

Fantastisk lejlighed

Vi var 2 vennepar i lejligheden for 12 dage og det fungerede godt som lejligheden er indrettet med soveværelser der ikke ligger op ad hinanden. Lejligheden i sig selv har alt havde du har behov for samt en meget stor terrasse som dog kunne have behov for en ventilator Tak for et dejligt ophold

Bon séjour en famille

Je conseille cette appartement car la propriétaire est très aimable. L’appartement est beau l’intérieur comme sur le balcon un beau paysage sur l’extérieur. Les habitants son calme et bienveillant. Je vous conseille vivement cette appartement.

Fantastisk ferielejlighed

Vi har haft en skøn ferie i denne ferielejlighed. Der er alt hvad man skal bruge og den ligger med en dejlig udsigt. Vi nød at sidde på terrassen, da der var mulighed for markise for solen. Vi opholdt os nærmest kun der når vi var i lejligheden. Vi blev godt modtaget og det fungerede så fint med udlevering af nøgle til lejligheden. Vi kommer gerne igen😊
