Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the ground floor with shared pool. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi and washing machine. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Wonderful place, great escape, perfect

We spent more than a week in this fantastic place- two ladies with their small sons. It was perfect for us: the Park is huge and beautifully looked after, senora Tina is generous and easy-going, the Pool is great and luxurious. The sleeping room is perfect, the beds in the living room much simpler and we missed a fan/ air condition in there at night. The terrace is spacious and great to sit on in the evenings, while you can choose one of many lovely spots in the garden for breakfast. Tina said we can move around freely. The washing machine was great to have. Thank you very much- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Would love to come back. Great recommendation four couples or two adults with two kids.

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans une des maisons louées par Anna. L'accueil est parfait et le cadre est superbe. La grande piscine est fantastique et notre enfant de 4 ans a pu en profiter tous les jours. La seule mauvaise surprise était que nous avions des voisins de terrasse (derrière la maison), l'intimité n'était donc pas optimale. Merci à Anna pour son accueil, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir mais choisirons une autre de ses maisons, sans voisins cette fois-ci.

Bellissima vacanza in un bellissimo posto

Siamo stati qui in vacanza la prima settimana di settembre. Appena si entra nel parco della villa si esce dal tempo...il posto è bellissimo e curato. Le proprietarie sono molto gentili e garbate. Noi eravamo in quattro due adulti e due bambini ovviamente superfelici alla vista della piscina. La sistemazione si trova a cinque minuti da Modica ed è comunque comoda per raggiungere le spiagge e gli altri centri del barocco siciliano. Vacanza super che cercheremo di ripetere di nuovo.

Gorgeous and comfortabe place

We stayed for 4 weeks and we were very happy to find that the place is actually more beautiful than the photos shown in this listing. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable and the comunal areas are just gorgeous. Our hosts, the De Leva sisters are very welcoming, helpful and really made us feel at home. We just love it and we would definitely recommend anyone who travels to Modica to stay here as it has all needed and more for an amazing stay.

Appartement dans une superbe propriété à Modena

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce petit appartement à Modena en plein mois d'août. Nous étions en famille, avec deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans. Voici un petit résumé des appréciations : Logement (4/5) Le logement et correct et sa taille est suffisante. Son agencement n'est cependant pas idéal. Une seul chambre et le s enfants ont dû dormir dans le salon qui constitue la pièce centrale de ce bien. Une petite terrasse est disponible pour manger à l'extérieur, mais est très étroite. La propriété dans lequel se trouve le logement est somptueuse et l'accès est libre. Equipement (3/5) L'équipement est fonctionnel et entretenu. Cependant, tout est ancien (literie, meubles). Il n'y a pas d'air conditionnée ce qui est problématique en été, ne pas compter vivre à l'intérieur. La table extérieure était en mauvais état (pied de parasol cassé). Les lits enfants sont sommaires, mais ça ne pose pas de problème en-dessous de 10 ans. En résumé, c'est ancien mais acceptable Environnement (5/5) Là c'est le coup de coeur. Un magnifique jardin et une superbe piscine. La propriété est vraiment spendide avec ses vieux conifères. Tout est superbement entretenu. Cette magnifique endroit nous a rapidement fait oublier les 2-3 soucis du logement. Encore un mot pour souligner la qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse et disponibilité de Mme de Leva qui a rendu notre séjour en Sicile fort agréable.

"Charmante location située dans un grand parc arbore avec une magnifique piscine. Tres bien placée géographiquement au coeur du baroque sicilien et la mer n''est jamais très loin. "Abbiamo trascorso una settimana splendida in un contesto signorile, ben curato e ben posizionato (per raggiungere i vari siti da visitare). A disposizione degli ospiti vi è una magnifica piscina, di uso quasi esclusivo (il rumore lungo la strada talvolta un pò nuoceva). Le proprietarie sono deliziose, disponibili ed anche grandi esperte del terriotorio ragusano. L''alloggio, arredato con gusto, è ben attrezzato e fresco e silenziosissimo (una vera pace!). La sera si può cenare tranquillamente fuori nel piccolo patio o rilassarsi nelle sedie a sdraio,ascoltando le cicale. A disposizione molti libri anche di autori siciliani (Sciascia)."

"An idyllic place to stay...

"An idyllic place to stay, set in a beautiful old garden with plenty of shade available through the day, not to mention the lovely swimming pool which we really appreciated. The Casa della Nonna is well equipped and furnished with care (we particularly liked the old floor, which we were told had been brought from an old family house in Modica). We did find our mattress rather uncomfortable, but everything else was so wonderful that I feel reluctant to mention it. We were made to feel very much at home by the extremely helpful and kind owners (our daughter Anna was particularly sad to say goodbye to 5-year-old Camilla and has already said that she wants to go back next summer!). Mille grazie Anna e spero che ci incontriamo presto."

Petit appartement dans un...

Petit appartement dans un magnifique jardin et (presque) piscine privée, vous serez très bien centré pour silloner la Sicile Baroque. Anna L la propriétaire parle très bien le français. Bonne adresse.
