The window to the sea

"La finestra sul mare" is a brand-new property located on the first floor, featuring two bedrooms, a living room with a sleeper sofa, an open kitchen fully equipped with all kitchenware, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry area with an outdoor shower. You’ll fall in love with it thanks to its colors and the wonderful window, which—thanks to its location—looks like a painting that changes colors moment by moment. The background music system in every room, the sophisticated furnishings, and the high-quality fixtures make this home unique and original. The selection of bed frames and mattresses, as well as the inclusion of mosquito screens, has been carefully chosen to provide guests with maximum comfort.
The home features a spacious, private veranda where you can enjoy lunch or dinner in complete tranquility or relax after a day at the beach, thanks in part to the outdoor shower equipped with rain, massage, pure, and champagne spray settings. Car parking is available in front of the veranda, on the street—free of charge—on a quiet road with little traffic.
At the front of the house is an exclusive, furnished balcony, ideal for enjoying breakfast with a sea view in the peaceful morning air.
Rounding out the outdoor spaces is a magnificent terrace as large as the entire home—exclusive and equipped with a large gazebo—where you can admire the stunning Ionian coast and let yourself be lulled by the colors of an once-in-a-lifetime sunset.....
The apartment is close to the golden beaches of the Ionian coast of Salento, better known as the “Maldives of Salento”; right nearby is a seaside promenade, the perfect spot for a stroll through the local craft markets and for keeping your little ones entertained at the large amusement park. Nearby is a farmhouse with a riding stable, where you can immerse yourself in the scents of the Salento countryside by booking a horseback ride along dirt roads, past centuries-old olive trees, and among the pajare (traditional stone structures of yesteryear).

Disappointed

The apartment was beautiful i have stayed in the area before and i love the area only reason i didn't rent previous place was because it was booked.Check in was easy owner left keys.So we checked in went to store to get supplies came back an fou d out wifi didn't work then it started getty cold so turned heat on [these units are coommon all over Europe so i am familiar with them so contacted owner told about wifi and asked about heat because it wasn’t getting warm we asked for blanket he brought one (there was 2 of us) Brought 2 boosters from another apartment said they would work next day he didn't know which one worked. We had more conversations that evening about heat since it still didn't work and asked if he had a stand up heater he could bring which he didn't have one.So by thing it was really cold at midnight i contacted vrbo and told them our situation. I slept in my clothes and took the top cover from my friend bed and gave her the thicker blanket.Next morning wifi still didn’t work neither did the heat so we made a decision to leave because we didn't want to spend another night being cold and couldn't take shower because it was to cold. The owner said he was at work and could come that night at 7 to check on heat since he was there the night before and couldn't fix it we left because we really didn't want to stay and be cold.Such a shame because this was a really nice stay .I will be back in the area for a month in 2026 but definitely not here. bood

Magnifico !!!

Siamo stati veramente molto, molto bene. Consigliamo veramente a tutti. Niente da ridire. Tutto perfetto. Mille Grazie.

Grazie!
