Our magnificent house is geographically located in a very privileged area: between the sea of the Costa Blanca and the mountains. You will be able to enjoy the Marina Alta while you rest in an incredible villa with capacity for 10 guests and a private pool of 10x5m.
The house is fully equipped, with top quality finishes and all the necessary services to enjoy your holidays with the greatest comfort.

Accommodation
The house is distributed in two floors. On the main floor, there are the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, pool, barbecue and garden. It has capacity for 6 vehicles, with direct access from the entrance to the house. On the second floor you can find a spacious studio with a terrace. The house is built on a 1.200m2 plot.
From Casa Estarca you can access in only 5 minutes the beaches of Las Marinas, Almadrava or Deveses among others, or on the contrary, make incredible routes through the natural sites of Segària, Montgó or Serra de Bèrnia.
In addition, our location will allow you to have easy access to other key points and services, such as the nearest airports (Alicante and Valencia). We are located just 10 minutes from Dénia, and 5 minutes from the Portal de la Marina Shopping Center.
