Villa Katherine - Ayia Napa Center

This gorgeous villa, designed with attention to detail, is located in the heart of Ayia Napa and only 500 metres from Sandy Bay Beach. The famous Nissi Beach is around 8-10 minutes walk from the villa. Until late afternoon it offers sun-drenched pool. With three good size bedrooms on the first floor, this villa comfortably accommodates 7 adults. The perfect place for a late afternoon cocktail is roof top terrace with lovely panoramic views.

Great Villa for Family Vacation in Walking Distance to Nissi Beach

We enjoyed very much a great villa with all you need or want as a familiy with 3 teenagers. Walking distance to Nissi and other great beaches. Close to the vibrant main road. Comfy beds, well equiped kitchen, small pool and nice surrounding. nice (but loud) neighbourhood. Good communication. We'd love to come again.

good vacation :)

Nice villa for friends partying in agia nappa

The villa is really spacious and nice. Pool is a bit small, however is great for a short cool down in the afternoon. Be aware the villa is surrounded by a lot of other villas. Most of them with friend groups enjyoing the night life in agia nappa. However the villa still feels verry secluded and the neighbours did not bother us. Distance to the beach is pretty far. However taxis will take you for about 10 eu to nissie beach.
