Amazing house and location

This house is gorgeous! Plenty of room for our families. The yard was so nice and the river perfect! The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Will most definitely stay here again next summer!!!

Great place on the river

The house is well situated on the Guadalupe river and makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable place on the river with the cliffs as a backdrop.The house and property were clean, modern and good size for a large group/family. The property runs into the river with an easy walking to the river. Overall highly recommend the house and the area.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The accommodations were thoughtful, grounds and access to the river were all perfect. We had a wonderful time. As we were leaving one of the kids said “I’m going to miss this place.”

Absolute perfection!!

Our stay could not have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, the river access is great. We have been renting through VRBO for about 20 years and this was up there. My son said it was in the top three…one on Orcas Island, one tree house in Costa Rica and this home. We could not have asked for more. Thanks so much for having us!!!

Amazing River Access and House

This gorgeous house was absolutely everything we could’ve asked for. It was perfect for a group which range from adults down to babies. The river access was second to none in the house had all the amenities we needed. The owner was super responsive and we were perfectly located on River Road close to the river action, but in a quiet residential area. We will definitely return.

Spotlessly Clean, Wonderful Host

We had a small glitch getting in when we first arrived, but Cody was extremely responsive. The place was spotlessly clean. I really appreciate that. Everything has its place in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Too bad some guests don't follow those, because it makes it so much easier to find and to put away things. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, Cody!

Best stay at the Guadalupe!

We were blown away by this property the moment we walked into the home. The location on River Road is prime……close to area attractions, yet far enough away for privacy and peacefulness. Home was well-stocked for all your cooking needs, but don’t forget your lake and bathroom towels. Also suggest you bring your own river tubes, as the nearby Son’s tube outfitter does not operate Monday-Thursday. This house was just what we wished for and more!

Property was fantastic. We are still not clear though, why we were charged the cleaning fees and still were asked to clean dishes, ash, etc. Also neighboring property had good lighting and swings in the backyard, wish this property had it.

Perfect location- quiet, direct access to the river (shallow/safe for kiddos), and only 10 minutes into restaurants and shopping. We loved the cleanliness of the house, all the added extras, and the beautiful deck. 10/10 stay!

This property was a beautiful 1/2 acre with pecan trees and great area next to the river that had cliff view and perfect water access. The 101' of river frontage was a +, too.

Beauatiful and scerene views of the river and cliffside. In the mornings you will find deer, ducks, squirrels, and sometimes turkeys roaming the backyard. Often fish can be seen swimming in schools through the river as well.
