Great house for Family Vacation

The bedroom to bathroom ratio is amazing in this house and worked so well for our whole family. The location is great and the pool was nice to have if you dont want to haul everything to the beach for the day. Kitchen is well stocked, and ample room for whole family meals.

Great family vacation

Our vacation house was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. The pool was lovely and the rooms were well appointed. We would highly recommend this house and we’d like to come again. The addition of a grill would’ve made the house and A+

House was awesome, kitchen has everything you need for your trip. Pool was super clean, has a bathroom beside the pool. Really convenient. Will rent again this year.

Best of the Best

This property has a great layout and plenty of space for large families. The owners were extremely accommodating and available quickly for all of our questions. The location is perfect for just a short walk to the beach. We will be back soon and we highly recommend this property.

Amazing Vacation Home

We had such a wonderful vacation experience in Surfside. The home was perfect and the owner was incredibly helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fun golf cart rides to get ice cream in the evenings. I’ve stayed in many vacation homes but this one was perfect in every way! I highly recommend!

Excellent time

Great time had by all. Pool was well used and clean. Walk to the beach was easy. House was well stocked with what you need. Kitchen had more dishware then you could hope for if you want to cook. All around GREAT

A great place to stay!

We had a very good experience while at this home. Layout was perfect for our three families. Very short walk to the beach. Pool was ideal for our grandchildren after a few hours at the beach. Jay could not have been more accommodating to any questions or concerns we may have had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect vacation rental!!!

My family & I were very impressed with this house. It was very spacious, very clean, & decorated beautifully. The location was perfect & anything we needed was a short drive away. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach & the family time in the pool & especially the quiet evening sitting in the rocking chair watching all the geese. From our family to yours...Thank you!

Large Family loved it!

I booked this home for our large family of 14. 8 adults and 6 children (ages 1-7) it was perfect! We enjoyed mornings by the pool and on the deck then afternoons at the beach + more pool time. It was a short walk to the beach or to local restaurants/parks. Jay the owner was very responsive to messages and making recommendations when requested. We would book again!

Spring Break 24

We had a great time at the beach. The house was less than 5 minute walk to the beach with easy access. The house was well kept, clean and a in very nice area. We felt it was a safe area we walked to the park, Benjamin’s, the pier and to a local farmers market. We had 8 adults and 3 children the space was very comfortable with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool. A great time was had by all

We ALL had a wonderful time!!! The house was very comfortable and clean, it was roomy enough to fit all 10 of us. The kids just loved having the pool and the outdoors showers. They enjoyed riding their bikes to the parks and surrounding areas. Going to the beach was very easy and a lot of fun there. We also enjoyed some of the attractions around the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat!!! We definitely had 4 very tired kids when we got home!!! I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a house to rent this one!!!

Fun Beach

Like the setup with bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor living areas. The walk to the beach was fine and the entrance to the beach is good, only 5 steps on stairs. Having Directv was good. We used our ROKU streaming device since TVs are not smart TVs. Liked being able to walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, and Surfside Pier. The beds and linen were good. The appliances are all good. My app would not let me contact host once we got there, but we didnt have any problem, so it was all right. We liked being on the corner.

Great location, beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well stocked, and spacious without being so big everyone gets lost. Having televisions in each room was a plus. Nice pool. The kids loved all the barstools. It made it convenient for food service. Lots of bathrooms and big closets. The home was well decorated and comfy. The surfside pier and many local restaurants and shops were within walking distance (although we rented a golf cart from the nearby King of Carts and it was amazing). We enjoyed the fact that it was a more residential area rather than being surrounded by ton of high rises. It was more like being part of a small beach community. Avoid the intersection in front of Ocean Lakes if at all possible. We also highly the Pickled Cucumber. We had an amazing vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Needs an update

This house was ok… parking was great! The house had a dirty feeling about it. I feel it’s too much for the house for what we got… had to wash towels everyday. Dryer barely worked. Comforters on all the beds felt dirty beds were not comfortable. House came with no dish soap or hand soap. Had to go and buy some from the store. Rented lots of houses with big groups and this was the first for me. The coffee maker was broken and disgusting. I had to clean it thoroughly, just very disappointed with the cleanliness .

Great property for large families, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge, and perfect for large families with so many full bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is the best part!! We were a block from the beach, in a very friendly and diverse neighborhood. Clean, great parking, convenient, and excellent service/communication from the host too! I’d definitely recommend.

Great Location

Great location. House could have been cleaner. Pool was a big hit with my grandkids after spending time at the beach. Washer and dryer were much appreciated. Well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Easy access to house with code.

It was nice

But not as nice as the pictures portrayed. Definitely could have used a better cleaning. Porch door wouldn’t stay closed and blew open with the breeze. Small problem with palmetto bugs. Great location though.

We have lots of family & friends that visit us several times a year at the beach and we have always wanted to have a family vacation home for these trips. We have rented properties for our family in the Surfside area for years and just love this area. We found the beach home in 2017 and love sharing it with our family, friends, and our vacation guest! If owning a Home is the American Dream; owning a Vacation Rental Home is an Extension of the American Dream.
