Parking permit for 1 car included; additional on road parking. No smoking.. This spacious apartment is situated over the first and second floor with stunning sea views across Newquay Bay and beyond. The accommodation comprises of a private entrance into a hallway with stairs to the first floor where there is a good-size open plan living area, refurbished in 2020, boasting a cosy living area and a well-equipped kitchen area with a bay window overlooking Newquay Bay.

The location is perfect for those looking to explore the heart of Newquay and the North Cornwall coast. The property is also close to the renowned Fistral Beach, a beach well-known for those seeking to get involved with some competitive surfing, or if you’re a beginner looking for some lessons. For some child-friendly activities, you might want to venture towards Pirate’s Quest Bay for some pirate-themed events, explore Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium and see how many animals and underwater creatures you can spot. Towan beach 175 yards. Shop, bars, nightclub and restaurant nearby.
