It is not stated in the listing that this is a very quiet gated community with no talking outside after midnight which I think should be highlighted. Many people do like to have a quiet drink after being out for food ( as we did) . Perhaps not the ideal place for a ‘holiday’ home

tromperie de l'annonce

loin de tout, si on n'a pas de voiture, il faut prendre les transports en commun beaucoup moins chère que la personne qui s'occupe du logement exemple : aéroport lieu de location : 25€. une seule chambre parentale, l'autre est munie de 2 lits pour ados, 1 lit en semi-hauteur l'autre à tiré sous ce lit. horrible pour un couple de 60 ans.Pas de climatisation dans cette chambre. aucune fenêtres dans le logement . pas d'aération, les lits faits à l'arrivé étaitent froissés. des fuites dans la salle de bain de la chambre horrible. il faut avoir les lumières tout le temps allumées même dans la cuisine vu qu'il n'y a aucune fenêtre dans le logement. pas de ventillation dans tout le logement. du coup prix excessif. les placards sont divisés en 2 pour la personne qui vit dans le logement du coup pour 1 mois de location pas assez de place. où est la 3ème chambre annoncée dans l'annonce.

Pas mal

Manque d'aération et d'éclairage. L'annonce sur Abritel qui mentionne 03 chambres alors qu'on vérité il n'y a que 02 chambres. L'heure de départ à 10h alors qu'on avait pris le bungalow à 16 h. Si non l'endroit est calme.

Hola buenos días ,los horarios de entrada y salida están marcados , la salida a las diez es para poder limpiar la vivienda , como en los hoteles , no conozco ningún sitio en donde entrada y salida sea a la misma hora , no podrían limpiar nunca . Vemos que las camas de la web y la vivienda son correctas . Lamentamos que sea lo único reseñable en su visita y esperamos que si hay una próxima vez podamos hacerle la visita más gratificante , . Esperamos que hayan disfrutado de la piscina , playa , barbacoas y el sol . Un saludo

BUNGALOW IN SANTA POLA

Hebben op het incheque uur van Vbro een half uur staan wachten. Niemand kwam om de sleutel te geven. Dus noodgedwongen iets anders moeten huren. Geen fijn ervaring...had geen verbinding met de smarphone en ook geen wifi. Vervelende situatie want alles was betaald.

Gran Alacant pertenece a Santa Pola . El bungalow está bien especificado en la web y la dirección y todo lo que ponemos está especificado . Hay zonas en la costa donde el teléfono no funciona bien , pero la culpa no es de la propiedad . Lamentamos su desilusión y que no pudiera desconectar y disfrutar d wlas maravillosas playas a , barbacoas ,sol y piscinas que puede ofrecer la propiedad
