Contemporary two-bedroom first floor apartment within walking distance of the beach and the renowned Nardini`s Ice Cream Parlour. Free on street parking, secure entry system and all on one level, our apartment offersopen plan living/fully equipped kitchen and two double rooms. Largs offers a great range of leisure activities, with two golf courses, putting,bowls, play parks and a swimming pool. Kelburn Castle and Country Park is locatedjust 2 miles from the town centre. Largs is a lovely small seaside town with a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars catering for all tastes.
IMPORTANT

Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.

Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

Apartment was good location to Brisbane House where we were attending a wedding and also 10 min walk to town centre.The apartment was clean and beds comfortable with exception of the sofa bed as it had a very thin mattress. My son couldn't sleep on it and found it more comfortable sleeping on the larger sofa. There were no covers/linen for sofa bed on arrival. I did mesage beforehand to advise my son would be sleeping in living room and was advised linen would be there. This was sorted once I contacted the host and house keeping dropped it off the next day.Whilst we were there the apartment across from us in the same building got broken into on the Saturday morning and it did make us feel a bit uneasy but after speaking to the neighbours they advised nothing like that had happened before and were all in shock so it appeared to be an isolated incident which unfortunately happened on our stay.

Largs Visit

The property was lovely and well equipped. Parking was a bit tricky at times but it was a holiday weekend and a space was found each time. Only a ten min walk into the town. All in this was just what we needed.

We had a lovely stay here in Largs . Everything we could have needed in the flat . Good value for money .
