This is our own wee getaway that we bought late 2020 and are now renting out when we aren’t using.

The flat / apartment is in the second floor of a traditional tenement built around 1900.

It is situated within a few hundred yards of the ferry port in Rothesay

Lovely flat

Had a great time in Rothesay flat had everything required that we needed and more besides my son made use of the xbox and we played the board games also provided. Ideal location for the ferry,restaurants,cafes plenty of points of interest on the island we drove around the island and stopped off at various bays,scenery is breathtaking all the way around.

Lovely getaway

Great location for ferry and amenities in Rothesay. Extremely comfortable accommodation. The island is beautiful and the people warm and welcoming. Would dispute on street parking outside flat ad we got a £50 ticket.

Excellent!

Lovely bright, warm flat. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s right in the centre of Rothesay so everything is on your doorstep.It’s on the second floor which was a challenge for our elderly dog but it means that you have a great view from the bay window in the living room.A previous review mentioned a lack of parking outside. You can park for 30 minutes, plenty of time to unload the car and there are loads of places to park for free within a very short walking distance.We hope to stay again when we come back in the summer.

bright, cost flat in Rothesay

The flat is cosy, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay of a few weeks like I had. The big windows let in lots of light and I loved the views across the river and the town. The location is ideal too - it's close to the ferry, the main square and the castle, and has some nice cafes and places to eat nearby. Mark was a very attentive host, sending us lots of information before we arrived and keeping in touch throughout the stay.

Perfect break on the Isle of Bute!

Great location , easy to find. Spotless accommodation with parking outside. A lot of thought has been put into the property to cater for your every need. We will definitely return one day. Perfect! Thank you Mark
