The House Among the Carob Trees with a Breathtaking View

Located in the charming historic center of Arcola, this house nestled among the carob trees (or “carruggi”) has just been personally renovated and offers a splendid view of the Magra Valley. It is situated halfway between Portovenere and Versilia, with its beaches. It consists of an entryway, a kitchenette with a dining area, a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious terrace. It is just 7 km from Lerici, 6 km from the medieval town of Sarzana, and the enchanting Cinque Terre are easily accessible.
The entire house is available to guests, who can enjoy all the amenities at their disposal independently and free of charge. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and two magnificent TVs will allow you to spend relaxing hours watching your favorite TV series thanks to free access to Netflix. The magnificent terrace overlooking the Magra Valley is the perfect spot to unwind, and thanks to its fantastic orientation, you can enjoy the sun in complete tranquility all day long.
The distance from the house to the parking lot—about 150 meters—is a pleasant walk, featuring gentle ups and downs with small steps, through the thousand-year-old village rich in history waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately, people who require walking aids may find it difficult to reach the house.

vrbo in Arcola

We really enjoyed our stay and our host Odette was amazing. We arrived late at night by train from La Spezia and she camed pick us up to bring us to the appartment. She was really helpful with the bus schedule. The appartment was perfect and had a really great view or Arcola. The location was a bit far from La Spezia but douable by bus (40min) to the train station. The apartment was clean and the terrace was amazing. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment great view, fantastic host

This apartment in Arcola is a perfect location to base a Cinque Terre adventure from. Located inside a magical fairyland of an ancient village and away from the rush of tourists, the apartment was furnished with all the modern amenities, sparkling clean and had a small but well equipped kitchen. It’s a bit of a challenge to find but this didn’t matter because the very friendly and gracious hostess met us and offered to help carry our bags to the apartment. You feel secluded in a historic setting but shopping and necessities are close by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Hilltop Vista

This very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped property was recently renovated. We had everything we needed. The terrace was a real joy to relax on and enjoy our cocktails, evening meals or morning coffee. It was particularly well located for us to explore many places such as Lucca, Parma, the Cinque Terre and was close to the magnificent beaches near Forte di Marmi and Viareggio. A local pub, pizzeria, bakery and grocery store were within walking distance and nearby Sarzana was minutes away by car or bus and is a charming little town that had everything you might want.

A very nice house in an old and wonderful part of Arcola

A very comfortable, very good house with a grand balcony. Everything in the house was very comfortable and clean: the kitchen, the new bath. There was really nothing to complain. We had a wonderful week there. Odette is a very good and nice host. Onlöy one thing is not correct: It does not exist a free place to park a car. We had to use the parking house.

Really a pleasure to have hosted such an amazing couple. Very nice and extremely respectful of my house. Highly recommended! As to the parking, there are some free parking spots along the road, otherwise you have to park in the covered parking ( now paid during the day and free at night ).

Appartement tranquille situé dans un secteur historique à 15 minutes de la gare pour les trains des Cinque-Terres. Confortable pour 4 adultes en raison de sa magnifique terrasse, idéal pour l’apéro, repas et soirée après une longue journée de randonnée au soleil des Cinq Terres. Climatisation efficace. Stationnement facile sur rue à trois minutes. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Odette est une hôtesse fantastique, elle était présente au stationnement à notre arrivée pour nous guider à travers les ruelles et nous a laissé plein de petites intentions. Je recommande fortement.

Sehr hübsche, gut gelegene Wohnung in pittoresker Altstadt. Odette ist eine grossartige, zuverlässige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht. Highlights sind die nahen Strände, Sarzana, Fahrrad- und Spazierwege am Fluss Magra entlang und die nahe gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
