Nous ne sommes que 3 dans la maison,un couple plus un adolescent,notre fille viendra 3 jours plus tard.Elle prend ses quartiers dans la troisième chambre.3 jours se passent bien.Puis au milieu de la nuit,elle nous réveille le lit est infesté de punaises de lit.Nous vérifions les matelas,les habits,heureusement nous n'en trouvons que sur ce matelas.Contact avec abritel et création d'un dossier de plainte,rencontre avec le propriétaire Marco qui nous explique que ce ne sont que des petites bêtes de campagne ,sort un produit anti cafards,veut en pulvériser dans la maison,lits et changer les draps,ça dure 4 heures et après on peut revenir:Avec un produit toxique:HORS DE QUESTION.Le matin est perdu :courir pharmacies et laverie pour les habits.Nous décidons de rester à 3,ma fille reprendra l'avion à Naples le surlendemain,car les boutons de punaises n'apparaissent que 2 à 3 jours après les piqûres et elle a fait une allergie,couverte de plaques de la tête aux pieds.Marco,silence radio au vu des photos,plus de réponses Whatsapp. Abritel nous remboursera les frais de gestion.Vous vous doutez bien que Marco ne donnera plus signe de vie.Nous avons expliqué la gravité pour les vacanciers suivants avec ces punaises de lits.Dommage,les vacances commençaient bien.

Property built to a good standard. Isolated but easily accessible with practice. One or two maintenance niggles and kitchen equipment could have been better. Would have welcomed a warning that one of the two routes to the property, and the most direct from Solerno, was only a donkey track and inaccessible except with an Italian Smart car or a bike. Satnav unaware of this. Unavoidably scraped the rental car as a consequence. Would recommend to a friend with caveats.

Nice House, quiet and beautiful area

We had wonderful holidays in autumn. Very nice host, spacious house with a lovely garden. Great hiking area.

Great Property, Rude Owner

The House 5/5 - 3BR, 2BA, a nice yard & garden. The neighbor below us was working his farm plot, planting veggies and pruning his olive and fruit trees. Charming. The Amenities 4/5 - Kitchen has gas stove, oven, fridge. Plenty of dishes & pots & pans, but very few cooking utensils. There was a washing machine, we used it, very convenient, plenty of spare detergent. Beds are hard. The Area 5/5 - Acquara village in the Massa Lubresense area. Both Massa & Sant'Agata are very close for shopping & dinner. Eat at Vito's pizza. It was exceptional! Only open Fri/Sat. The Driveway- 1/5 ~300 yards down a steep and winding driveway that starts at Acquara village square. Most of it is fine, but the last 100 yards is nearly impassable unless you have a Mini or Fiat 500. We had an SUV. We had an unfortunate accident - it was so narrow that we sliced open a tire on a projecting curb. Ruined the whole day. The Cleaning / Checkin Staff 4/5 - Marco was friendly and helpful. The Owner 0/5 - She insisted on charging us an extra €200 AFTER arrival, threatening to call the authorities if we did not. VRBO was a joke, they simply connected the 2 of us via phone and hung up. We thought we booked the whole place, we told her in the booking our family of 5 (w/ages) was coming. She wanted extra for a 5th person, admitted her mistake but insisted on extra €€. Extortion. Unfortunately, the property owner really marred the experience. We enjoyed the area and would return, but not to this place.

Nice house in beautiful location with a lovely garden. Comfortable space for six adults. Directions would have been helpful to find the place, rather than GPS data.

Maison parfaite pour apprécier la Côte Amalfitaine

La maison de Marco offre toutes les commodités recherchées pour une famille, dans un environnement paradisiaque. La cour est magnifique, la vue sur l’Ile de Capri est imprenable et l’environnement est beau et paisible. Nous y avons été bien accueillis et y avons passé une semaine très agréable! Petit conseil : puisque la maison est en retrait, il nous semble préférable d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer et bien découvrir la région.

Schöner Blick auf Capri aber etwas abgelegen

Wir waren von den teilweise sehr schmalen und steilen Straßen zur Anfahrt der Unterkunft überrascht - mit einem kleinen Auto und etwas Zuvertrauen in die anderen Verkehrsteilnehmer klappt es aber ganz gut... die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche wären noch etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser wünschenswert. Zu Beginn funktionierte die Heizung (noch) nicht optimal - dafür gab es aber am Ende eine gute Lösung mit dem Vermieter.

Amazing View, Peaceful Property!

This property is gorgeous! Olive, hazelnut, orange and lime trees are right out your back door! Lots of space, wonderful hosts, definitely need a car to access. Gorgeous view of Capri island right out your window!

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons passé 10 merveilleux jours dans cette agréable maison, très calme au bout d'un chemin sinueux. Marco est très accueillant, réactif et discret. La maison est spacieuse, très confortable et joliment meublée et décorée. Les environs sont superbes (côte amalfitaine, Naples, Capri, Vésuve, Pompéi, Herculanum, péninsule de Sorrente....). Nous recommandons vivement !
