Newly Renovated. Very Comfortable beach apartment in Carihuela Beach

We regret that your evaluation of an impeccable and beautiful apartment was only 4 stars. The branches you refer to are not my responsibility and do not disturb the stay in the apartment. You should have informed us at the time and we would have tried to do everything possible with the City Council to achieve the objective. The cutting of these branches is the responsibility of the City Council and is carried out in the annual programme before spring. We cannot cut them because the fine would be very high. We have rated you as a 5-star guest, despite the fact that you did not obey the rules expressly indicated on the terrace door and therefore damaged the blinds, which we repaired on the same day, despite the fact that the repair staff was on Christmas holidays. We also did not take into account the carelessness of leaving the keys inside the apartment and we quickly had to go to your aid. There was also damage to the blind in the main room. We believe that our guest service was prompt, friendly and excellent, both from Mrs. Janet and from myself and my husband.
