It gives access to a huge terrace with sun nearly all day long.

The very modern and high quality kitchen is openly integrated in the living room and offers everything you need. From the cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and even a dishwasher.
