Great location and facilities, would stay again

There were some minor details that could improve the looks/feel of the condo, but for the location and the price, it couldnt be beat! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Plenty of towels and dishes. Thought we had an ocean view but only if you stood on side deck. Ice machine broken. One recliner did not recline. Had sugar ants one day. Screens so bad in kitchen couldn't see out to ocean area.

We absolutely loved everything about this unit, property, location, etc. Check in was smooth and hassle free. It's obvious that the building was been and is still going through renovations for all the right reasons and things look great. If we decide to return to the Daytona Beach area again in the future, we will be staying at Opus.

Great location and accommodations

Great access to beach and grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing was not having a pool due to hurricane but they are working on that.

Great beach side rental

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of clean towels and beach things for us to use. The kitchen had all the basics you would need for simple meals. We loved having access to walk to the beach but also be super close to shops. Overall, a great stay.

This condo was perfect for the money, it doesn’t face the ocean but has easy access. It was very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of towels for the amount of people we had staying. The only downfall was traveling to get the garage door opener and trying to get a ahold of someone after business hours, but during business hours it was a very quick response. Overall, all of the guests says they would definitely stay there again!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to provide Oceans Luxury Realty with your honest feedback! I'm sorry to hear that our property did not meet your expectations. When you arrive exactly at the 4PM check-in time, yes it will be the busiest time for arriving. However, even with 100 guests checking in, it only takes 10 minutes to check everyone in as we simply hand them their key packets. We do indeed lock our lockbox. However, when you arrive at 4PM as you did with everyone else, we leave it unlocked while we hand out the packets. There is no sense locking it when there's a line of guests waiting to check in. We never have complaints regarding our check-in process considering we do it so quickly and painlessly. Given all these factors, it's unfortunate if you've chosen to leave such a negative rating when you said you otherwise had a fantastic time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location and beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and pretty! It doesnt have much cookware and could use some rugs, but over all was great my family enjoyed it. We had plenty of room and plenty of towels.

Parking absolutely terrible

Room was nice and enjoyed the stay. Would be great if more parking maybe across the highway or close by would be great.

We agree that parking can be scarce with the condos in town. However, this condo like all condos on the peninsula provide one assigned parking space underground. Then, you may bring one additional vehicle for the above ground parking lot however, this lot is first-come-first-serve. This is generous compared to parking in most major and beach-side cities. As a tip, we always recommend parking the vehicle you plan on using the most in the assigned spot that way you know you have a spot to return to. We notify guests of this situation in the description of the unit before you book, in the rental agreement, in an automated email sent 2 weeks prior to arrival, and in the check-in instructions sent a week prior to arrival notify you of this so that you may plan accordingly.
