Location was great— steps from the beach but also easy access to the pool had every amenity we could need and comfortably fit our party of 8.

We absolutely loved everything about this unit, property, location, etc. Check in was smooth and hassle free. It's obvious that the building was been and is still going through renovations for all the right reasons and things look great. If we decide to return to the Daytona Beach area again in the future, we will be staying at Opus.

Condo is nice but it is always warm we ran a/c and they had box fans and ceiling fans in every room and it was still warm. And you can hear every little noise out in the hall. The pool is nice and so is the hot tub just look for stuff on the ground my daughter stepped on a screw and it went in her foot. I gave to the people that work there but they didn’t seem to care. He said thanks for the souvenir. There’s was also people coming to the pool that didn’t stay at the condo so sometimes it made it hard to use it.

This condo was perfect for the money, it doesn’t face the ocean but has easy access. It was very clean, well maintained, and had plenty of towels for the amount of people we had staying. The only downfall was traveling to get the garage door opener and trying to get a ahold of someone after business hours, but during business hours it was a very quick response. Overall, all of the guests says they would definitely stay there again!

Beautifully decorated, kitchen appropriately furnished & stocked with cookware, etc. Exactly the bedroom and bed configuration that I needed for our group!!!

There were some minor details that could improve the looks/feel of the condo, but for the location and the price, it couldnt be beat! We would definitely stay here again.

the property matched the description except the ocean view was only through one dining room window and if you stood in a corner of the balcony. Other than that, it worked great --the multiple beds in the bedrooms enabled us to house the family units. directions were clear and staff was very friendly

Great location and nice condo!

We always enjoy staying at the Opus as the units there are always nice and clean. My only recommendation is to have the parking passes and garage remote left in the unit for guests. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and the management is very easy to reach and work with. Recommended!

Great beach side rental

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of clean towels and beach things for us to use. The kitchen had all the basics you would need for simple meals. We loved having access to walk to the beach but also be super close to shops. Overall, a great stay.

Rolex 24 weekend stay at Daytona

Opus #401 was a great 3 bedroom rental. Everthing was very clean and stocked well. Underground reserved parking spot is a plus. We were 12 minutes from the speedway so it is a great location on the beach. I would highly recommend it.

The stated "Ocean and river view" is quite misleading.

Where do I begin? We booked this condo based on the bold title of "ocean and river views". When we got there, we were quite disappointed to find out that the condo really faces the back parking lot and the mini golf place across the street. True, if you stood in one corner of the balcony, and craned your neck a bit, you did get to see the ocean. Same for one of the windows in a bedroom. Please don't be dishonest--do not prominently advertise this as "ocean and river views" when it barely has such views. Also, we had no wifi for the entire stay. When we complained, management was slow to deal with this, just giving the excuse that the condo owner had to turn something on. After several complaints, we were graciously given a whopping $75 credit for the 6-day inconvenience. And did I mention that one of the two elevators was out of service during part of our stay?

Great location and beautiful condo

The condo was very clean and pretty! It doesnt have much cookware and could use some rugs, but over all was great my family enjoyed it. We had plenty of room and plenty of towels.

Beautifully decorated. Livingroom and bedroom furniture low to the groud, made it difficult for tall or older people to get up. Otherwise get stay. Thankfull for close beach access.

Amazing

This property was beautiful inside and out…. No pool (damage due to hurricane) however the ocean was right there to cool off and enjoy the beautiful Daytona Beach. Provided quick responses to a couple issues we had. Overall a place we would like to come back to!!!!

Thanksgiving 2022

We absolutely loved the condo. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The terrace level parking and the elevator made it easy to get in and out. Very safe. Very clean. We will stay there again.

Condo 401

Property was nice, there was several simple fixes that may need to take place to make it great. Remotes to work television just did not work or were in the wrong location it was hard to figure out what worked what) for the tv in the living room we had to turn the volume up/down manually with the TV. Chairs were very heavy and loose. I personally enjoyed the place it was just right for a family of 8. I would definitely rent it out again.

Very nice beachfront condo

Very nice, modern condo with easy access to a pool/hot tub and the beach. Lots of room, with space for bigger groups in 5 beds/3 rooms. A few notes: expect to memorize (or keep handy) 3 different codes to gain access to the room, the building, and the elevator from the garage. There were only 4 full sets of towels, so bigger groups will need to bring their own. In our experience, there were a few things that needed maintenance or replacement (ex. most hightop kitchen chairs were in poor shape either structurally or had seat fabric disintegrating and sticking to clothes). Overall these things did not detract that much from our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
