Short but fun stay

Came to enjoy the cheer tournament with family and was able to enjoy the beach as well. Easy go check in and out. Everything was as described!

Beautiful unit and stay

The unit is beautiful, exactly as described! 3 large bedroom and 2 full baths. Location is great. Some views of the ocean. On the street side but very quiet. Keyless entry everywhere was very easy to manage. The reality office we super patient, friendly and helpful on check in arriving late after a very long ride. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Spring break

The condo itself was beautiful! Tons of space and very clean. The building and parking garage felt very safe and secure. The property manager was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and always responded promptly to answer any questions. We were disappointed that the pool was still under construction but understand it was damaged during a hurricane. We did know this when we booked but held out hope it’d be completed in time. Coming from cold/snowy Michigan our kids were bummed out that they had no where to swim unless they swam in the ocean which they didn’t like. Overall a really good experience!

Nice Place to Visit

The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The kitchen could use some updating of supplies/appliances (there was no pot for the coffee maker, old pans, etc.). Beach access was nice and convenient. Not a lot to do within walking distance besides the golf across the street.

Not what i expected

Upon arriving we had to drive to a complete other location than our actual condo to receive our garage remote...once we got the remote for the garage and we arrived, there was a car parked in our assigned parking spot in the garage. Property manager got that figured out, was expecting to swin in the pool, no luck as the property is being renovated. Our jacuzzi tub did not work and we were not helped with that at all. Over all the place was njce, but not for the amount of money we paid for it

We loved every minute spent in this beautiful condo! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and bigger than I expected. It was decorated with good taste! The beach was easily accessible!

Amazing Stay

Our Condo was so nice! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and up to date on everything. We were able to enjoy the beach and Congo River putt-putt across the street. The elevators and amenities in the common areas we're kept clean as well, will book with Opus Condos again!

Great Condo

This was the perfect getaway!! Very spacious! Clean and very comfortable! Had everything you need to cook and bake! Location was great. Very clean and if we had any questions someone answered quickly.

Nice place!

Very clean and spacious place. I thought it was beach front, but wasn't. However, it was still right on the beach and has easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back!

We were vacationing with our 4 adult children. Location was great, amenities were great other than no phone line. Being out of country we were unable to use our cellphones and a land line would have been nice for making reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Florida vacation

This unit was pretty. The king bedroom was very nice. The twin beds are not great for adults. The air conditioner had some issues so we walked through soggy carpet 5 days out of 7. They just added Freon really did not fix anything. When I pay this much for vacation place I expected better.

Great place to stay

Opus condo 301 was a nice rental. Everything was clean but could have used a little more cleaning. I think they just need to slow down a bit and do a better job. King size bed in master was hard as a rock I thought, I had to go buy a mattress topper so I wouldn’t wake up with a stiff back. My wife said she thought it was fine but not for me. 301 is not oceanfront but you got ocean views from north and south. Either way it’s right on the beach and you can just walk out back right onto the beach. I like the fact that there’s codes on all doors and there’s a puttputt right across street. Overall the rental was good except for ocean rental property not having our opener or packet in box on sat when we arrived at 1030pm. All we wanted to do was just go to condo and chill but had no opener to open garage door to park one of our vehicles. Since it was Saturday they said we’d have to wait till Monday to figure sumthing out. Not sure why sumbody couldn’t just drop off a packet Sunday morning, I’m sure they all live in the surrounding area. We came with 2 cars and upstairs lot was full even the no parking loading zone had cars in it. I had to park that car 15 mins away at sum storage place called spruce creek storage. His name was Lawrence I think and he got us a parking spot late at night. Thanks to him for that. That’s the only bad part of this condo it’s first come first serve on that lot so you better be ready when sumbody else leaves. Lol

Große Wohnung in schönem Gebäudekomplex

Bei Ankunft sehr wenig Geschirr, altes Bettzeug. Ein großer Teil wurde später geliefert. Wohnzimmermöbel benötigen update, im Essbereich Stühle teilweise sehr defekt (Unfallgefahr), Bettbezüge müssten erneuert werden. Sehr sauberes Gebäude, leise. Netter Pool.
