Short but fun stay

Came to enjoy the cheer tournament with family and was able to enjoy the beach as well. Easy go check in and out. Everything was as described!

Nothing but FABULOUS!

We loved every minute spent in this beautiful condo! The location was awesome, the condo was clean and bigger than I expected. It was decorated with good taste! The beach was easily accessible!

Good Stay!

Comfortable for 8 of us! No issues booking and easy access to the place. Plenty of room in the rooms. Easy walk to the beach and pool area and not crowded!

Amazing Stay

Our Condo was so nice! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and up to date on everything. We were able to enjoy the beach and Congo River putt-putt across the street. The elevators and amenities in the common areas we're kept clean as well, will book with Opus Condos again!

Great Condo

This was the perfect getaway!! Very spacious! Clean and very comfortable! Had everything you need to cook and bake! Location was great. Very clean and if we had any questions someone answered quickly.

Nice Place to Visit

The property was nice and clean. There was plenty of space. The kitchen could use some updating of supplies/appliances (there was no pot for the coffee maker, old pans, etc.). Beach access was nice and convenient. Not a lot to do within walking distance besides the golf across the street.

Beautiful unit and stay

The unit is beautiful, exactly as described! 3 large bedroom and 2 full baths. Location is great. Some views of the ocean. On the street side but very quiet. Keyless entry everywhere was very easy to manage. The reality office we super patient, friendly and helpful on check in arriving late after a very long ride. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Nice place!

Very clean and spacious place. I thought it was beach front, but wasn't. However, it was still right on the beach and has easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back!

Great Location

We needed accommodations for several coworkers to work at the Rolex 24 and decided to utilize condos. It was a great choice. Condo was in excellent condition and communication with homeowner was top notch.

Excellent experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect. Will def stay in this building again. No crazy rules, location is close to everything.

We were vacationing with our 4 adult children. Location was great, amenities were great other than no phone line. Being out of country we were unable to use our cellphones and a land line would have been nice for making reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Condo 301 vacation rental

Great location, excellent amount of space, clean on the inside, pool and hot tub was subpar, cleaned the pool myself with the net 3 straight mornings, large amount of water bugs, hot tub did not have heat until our 5th day of our vacation, some lady came and tested the water and then spoke to the guy that managed the facility and then that afternoon it started working, it was very cold until that day

Right on the beach. Clean property. Stayed during the Florida outbreak and beach/pool no crowds.

Throughout the initial communication to rent the property , the rental company was amazing. I did find once we secured rental and everything set, they didn't respond to emails I sent with questions as our stay got closer. That being said calling and speaking with them , I got responses and answers and during entire process very professional and nice.

Spring break

The condo itself was beautiful! Tons of space and very clean. The building and parking garage felt very safe and secure. The property manager was great to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival and always responded promptly to answer any questions. We were disappointed that the pool was still under construction but understand it was damaged during a hurricane. We did know this when we booked but held out hope it’d be completed in time. Coming from cold/snowy Michigan our kids were bummed out that they had no where to swim unless they swam in the ocean which they didn’t like. Overall a really good experience!
