Shrubs and palm trees surround the sloping lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured. Inside, the Villa is well equipped and spacious, plus comfortable sofas in the living area and a well organised kitchen. To match the three bedrooms there are three bath/shower rooms.
Location - Spartia
One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens and occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village. A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea, Cape Liakas. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below.
Spartia's maze like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas and for more choice, Argostoli is just a 20 min drive away

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking - There is covered parking next to the villa inside the grounds.
