Seven Islands Villa is situated in the idyllic small village of Korianna near Spartia on the charming Greek island of KEFALONIA. It sits in its own tranquil and private Olive Grove (5000 sq M) with landscaped gardens and faces the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea with spectacular unspoiled views. Surrounding the garden and swimming pool are beautiful wild flower meadows and mature trees giving seclusion and privacy - the villa is accessible by a short private road. With rear views up to the mountains you can see the Venetian castle of St. George in the distance. It is Illuminated by night adding to the romantic skies of Kefalonia which are often awash with bright stars.

This modern stylish villa is just the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday - whilst secluded and not overlooked the local amenities and restaurants are within walking distance, and 3 of Kefalonia's beautiful beaches are just 5 minutes away by car, and a 20 minute walk down to our secret sandy cove (it takes a little longer on the way home). It is of the utmost importance to us that our guests enjoy their stay and with this in mind Seven Islands has been designed and furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind with many items selected from Harrods, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Sanderson's, House of Fraser, Selfridges and Wedgwood, offering abundant character and charm. A spacious modern chef's kitchen is fitted with ample granite counter tops, Bosch appliances and plenty of gadgets to aid dining at home. The kitchen flows into an open plan living area with a dining area seating up to 8, cozy sofas, large screen smart TV with Netflix/ Prime + DVD library, and a real working traditional fireplace.

There are three comfortable bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and with a private balcony or direct access to the terrace. Our ground-floor bedroom, open plan living area, kitchen and the pool terrace are accessible for wheelchair users. A ramp provides easy access from the car parking stand and the ground floor is all one level. Sliding doors from the lounge and dining area lead out onto a large tiled terrace, our infinity swimming pool and the landscaped gardens with large doors leading to the landscaped gardens and a shaded veranda for outdoor dining. The gardens are set among the Olive Groves with plenty of space for relaxing, and great for fun and games for the children.
The Villa is perfect for a romantic retreat or a honeymoon but is also very well suited to families or a group of friends.

The capital of Argostoli is just 15 minutes drive away where you will find a bustling town with excellent shops, supermarkets, and cafes and tavernas. They offer a vast selection of exceptionally high standard dining with menus to suit all foodies! Closer to home within walking distance is a highly recommended restaurant in Spartia, and local minimarkets, bar and cafe are within 5 minutes walk in Klismata
