Retiro Exclusive - Two-bedroom Apartment:
Retiro Exclusive, your new home, is a charming, fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment located very close to El Retiro Park. It is very bright and has a fully equipped kitchen.

It features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a private full bathroom with a shower.

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of work or study in Madrid. It includes a sofa bed, dining table, and flat-screen TV.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, and a crib rental service (for €30 per stay).



AREAThe apartment is located in a quiet area with many local shops and good transport connections. El Retiro Park is about an 8-minute walk away, making it ideal for outdoor activities. Atocha Renfe train station is approximately a 30-minute walk from the apartment.

It is also very close to several hospitals: Gregorio Marañón, Beata María Ana, and Santa Cristina.



HOW TO MOVE

The nearest metro stations:

- SAINZ DE BARANDA (lines 6 and 9): 3 minutes walkingIn addition, there are many bus lines that you can take at the stops that are next to the apartment.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.

El apartamento estaba situado en un barrio que tenía todos los servicios a mano. Además la calle Sáinz de Varanda tiene un boulevard con terrazas para comer, cenar o picotear. El parque del Retiro al final de la calle , boca de metro muy cerca . La Zona muy céntrica y se podía desplazar uno a pie hasta Goya (15 minutos andando ) .Nos ha gustado todo mucho y seguro que repetiremos en este apartamento.

Schöner Urlaub in Madrid

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr netten Nachbarschaft. Auf dem grünen breiten Mittelstreifen der Straße sind zahlreiche Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön und das Haus sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung ist etwas abgewohnt, aber das fanden wir kein großes Problem. Die Reinigung der Wohnung war nicht gut durchgeführt, was wir sofort bei der Agentur gemeldet haben. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und wir bekamen letztendlich die Reinigungskosten erstattet. Insgesamt hatten wir in der Wohnung eine sehr schöne Zeit und können sie weiterempfehlen.

The apartment is on an excellent location, tons of bars and restaurants around it. Barber shop and Beauty salons, grocery shops are all at walking distance. A Metro station is also close and Parque El Retiro is near by as well. The apartment and building is very well keep. My personal recommendation for all future guests, staying for more than three days, ask for the trash instructions! The building is very strict on trash collection times and sorting (plastic, paper, organic, etc)

Madrid Winter Escape

My son and I loved this piso. It was perfect for the two us to enjoy a winter respite. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, 1 block from the metro, and has a few great little restaurant gems close by in case you don’t want to go far. Grocery stores are also only a few blocks away. Our hosts were attentive and welcoming. Kitchen is well equipped for making breakfasts in. Bring your own coffee to enjoy the Bialetti coffee maker. If you do laundry, they have a handy indoor drying rack under the bed in case you don’t want to use the traditional Spanish outdoor laundry lines. We would love to go back and enjoy it again.

This place is great if you want to be near everything without the crowds. You can easily walk to El Retiro and there are several restaurants and shops in the area.Super quiet and great for my family. I loved the glass on the kitchen. They even gave us a welcome bag with soap, laundry, sponges etc… and you also get bathrooms toiletries. They were kind enough to let us drop off all of our luggage prior to checking in. Great place and you can pretty much walk everywhere. Also if traveling during Covid you can get your PCR or antigen test walking distance at Unilabs. The place sleeps 4 confortable and there is a large couch but the didn’t have any extra sheets so if your party is larger than four I would probably ask in advance. We would for sure stay here again.
