Very clean

Loved this place! Clean, great location. Lots choices to eat and good public transportation. Spacious and beautiful. Excellent communication with Host. We will stay here again.

No recomentation because of unacceptable noises

Over the last 15 years we have rent a lot of apartments but no one with this level of noises. A sewage pipe from the flats in the house above runs along the ceiling of the flat and is virtually uninsulated. Every time someone go to the toilet in the flats above, the water splashes through the pipe with a noise that makes you think it's splashing on your head. You can also hear if everyone takes a shower in the flats above. Furthermore, the pumping of the condensation water from the system of of the air condition is so loud that your ears almost fall off when it is running. Conclusion, the stay in this flat was not relaxing.

We understand that you may be more sensitive to noise and that this may disturb you. Loft joliment décoré comme sur les photos et propre. Situé dans un quartier calme. Literie confortable. Cependant la douche de l'étage était bouchée à notre arrivée, nous avons donc utilisé uniquement celle du bas. La robinetterie de cette dernière était en mauvais état. Impossible d'accrocher la pomme de douche en hauteur. Temps d'attente long pour obtenir de l'eau chaude dans la cuisine comme dans la salle d'eau. Réglage difficile du frigo pour obtenir vraiment du froid. Le parking couvert que nous pensions inclus dans le prix ne l'était pas. Nous nous sommes toutefois stationnés gratuitement sans difficulté tous les jours dans la rue. Enfin la climatisation était fonctionnelle et appréciable mais au vu de la superficie, c'est très efficace au rez de chaussée mais beaucoup moins à l'étage. En résumé, joli espace propre dans un quartier calme mais peu fonctionnel. Déçus des prestations par rapport au prix payé pour 5 nuits.

Loft unique par son look industriel, tout y est parfait! À courte distance des transports en commun. Excellente communication avec la gestionnaire, toujours prête à aider. À recommander assurément! Mille mercis!
