Enjoy the best beach holiday in this wonderful apartment with a private terrace and sea views. It can accommodate 2 guests.
From the comfortable private terrace of the apartment you can sit and admire the sea in the background, while having breakfast and taking strength before a spectacular day on one of the best beaches on the island.

The apartment is located on the second floor (without elevator) of a building facing the beach. The style in the interior is modern and fabulous, full of light and comfort. The main space is air-conditioned and consists of a living-dining room -with satellite TV- and a couple of steps above you have the open kitchen with a ceramic hob. The sleeping area offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed also at your disposal. The bathroom in the apartment has a shower. Finally, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is perfect not only to enjoy the sun and sand but also to practice water sports, take long walks on the seashore and enjoy a great beach atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. If you like to play golf, you cannot miss the course of Alcanada, with wonderful views of the sea.

Please note that the flat is for adults only and does not offer a cot or highchair.

Ein mehr als wirklich schönes und liebevolles Appartment. Die Lage ist top. Im Apartment ist alles was man braucht und gleichzeitig kein Teil zuviel. Alles in weiß und grau gehalten, lies mein Architektinnenherz höher schlagen, und der Bodenbelag, der in der Dusche statt Fliesen auch an der Wand verwendet wurde, gefiel mir außerordentlich. Die Gastgeber hatten eine Grundausstattung Gewürze, Öl, Milch, Osaft und einen kleinen Snack bereit gestellt. Kaffee und Tee gab es auch. Es war fast wie nach Hause kommen. Dann ergab sich noch, dass die Anlage von einem bekannten spanischen Architekten gebaut wurde, was mir natürlich das ganze (normalerweise bin ich nicht eine Anlagenfan) richtig sympathisch machte. Ich könnte hier ohne Ende weiter loben, aber wir sagen einfach wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einerseits gute Geräte (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, ...) und andererseits war alles vorhanden, von Kaffee über Spülmaschinentabs bis hin zu Gewürzen uvm., so dass uns wirklich nichts gefehlt hat. Sehr schönes Appartement mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche. Vom Balkon kann man direkt auf den Strand und das Meer blicken. Ein Parkplatz für einen Mietwagen lässt sich problemlos in der Nähe finden. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.
